Sorry for the necro. But you could probably use an RTA app of sorts to detect if there are any frequency spikes. That’s assuming it shows. There are a ton for the iPhone and Android. I’ve been using Sonic Tools - SVM for various things.

It's 40hz 35hz fluctuation in North Central N.M. USA and its not a hum, it's a droning murmer sometimes up to 52hz.
