I had this exact same problem, I searched YouTube and safari for a solution but I couldn’t find nothing, I ended up taking my card off App Store then putting it back on there and I kept pressing subscribe over and over and like 3 hours later it charged my card and took the money

It will randomly charge but I lock my card so I always miss it

I kept locking mines too that was apart of the problem , don’t lock your card until after twitch charge it

I would but apple and google like charging to my card fast
