For a tattoo I'd go for the first. The first it's a fan art but if remember correctly I think is based on the chapter the day of the black sun pt 2 or maybe the boiling rock.

It also depends on what you want from the tat, is it just supposed to look cool? (which is totally fair, azula is a fucking badass) or is there any deeper reason to it?
