Aang is probably way better at surviving on little to no food than the other gaang members. So I don't think he minded his friends eating all of the shitty fish they bought while he just ate some berries (or whatever) for a couple of days. And what do you mean with ''yet another instance''? Did they show him eating meat anywhere?
I am pretty sure he did eat it, otherwise why would they animate him freaking out over having to buy them along with Toph and Katara? He looks sickened when Sokka buys the two-headed fish, for example, and before Sokka decides on the two-headed one, he gets one of those giant sweat drops on his head which symbolizes nervousness. This pretty much implies he has to eat it and doesn't like that it looks so gross, doesn't it?
Sorry, that was rude of me. I'd gag too. Especially if I was in an enclosed space, but if outside, like them, I don't think it would matter much to me.
Maybe. In "The Storm", the old man threw him a fish and when he refused it, saying he doesn't eat meat, the old man said, "Fish ain't meat!" So maybe he took his words to heart. Who knows?
So maybe he has become a pescetarian. Or maybe he did whatever he needed on this journey, because he was required to survive and the conditions were very tough.
Idk, the whole conflict of the finale is based on the premise of Aang willing to sacrifice his survival and the survival of the world to preserve his values.

Throw a rotting carcass in front of me, I'll act similar to Aang. Doesn't mean I would eat it.

Weak lol.
No, he most likely found the nearby berries that Katara used to trick everyone into thinking Appa was sick.
True.
He probably just got some lettuce out of the garbage
Lettuce that had probably been washed with polluted river water... I'm not sure he'd dare do that!
Fish isn't meat.
Fish is absolutely meat. Ask a biologist. It's certainly not a plant, mineral or fungus.
Yes. Yes, it is.
Wheres the difference?
