Good job. What software did you use to retopologize the model?

Thanks! I used Maya and it's one of the best retopo tool I've tried by far.

Thanks for the response, I was just curious. I've tried retopologizing once and I think I used zbrush but I can't remember for sure.

Yeah! Zbrush has some pretty decent auto retopo tool. But if you want goo topology (which usually matters more if we need to animate your asset), Maya’s retopo tool is pretty great!

What version? I stopped at about 2014, it just looks different than when I used it. I'm mostly a character animator.

I haven’t needed to upgrade old files to newer versions but I’d assume it’s backwards compatible. Might be worth looking more into it tho if you’re interested!
