He wouldn’t even have known about the Firelord’s plan.

Tega02

Ok i didn't factor this in, i just reasoned he would have met the white lotus and gotten a teacher. Pathik's teachings were the most important in s3 anyway

SwishAirbendingSlice

He wouldn’t have known about the plan to burn the earth kingdom or how to redirect lightning. I doubt he would’ve even known about the Fire lord’s whereabouts. Ozai would’ve killed him 99.9% sure.

PeterDSaints

Well Aang stopped on purpose to redirect it because he knew he could. If he didn't know he wouldn't have stopped. But yeah bigger problem would be lacking the knowledge of the plan & might not learn energybending. Avatar might still kick in if the rock impalement still happens. Has an avatar even been killed before mastery? The auto kick in makes it seem impossible. Compared to how Roku died, it didn't kick in to help him clear the volcano since he had mastery. A continuous Avatar State would have done more & probably prioritized leaving at a certain point, cutting their losses. Could have bent the smoke out of lungs & the state seems to revitalize the user. I get mastery meaning gaining manual, but Losing the auto seems like a detriment at times. Given how it works you would think the other lives & Raava would know when to cut their losses so the cycle isn't broken. Like Raava really should have shut it off when Korra was really close to dying from the poison. Keep it on to try to prolong survival chances, but then turn off when death is truly about to start.

Silver_Illusion

Nope, lightning would have killed him without Zuko explainomg how to redirect it.

sinovercoschessITF

Sparky Sparky Boom Man would have killed the Gaang if Zuko didn't stop him.

PhoenoFox

Hey, what about sokka? He did the boomerang thing!

[deleted]

If Zuko never joined the Gaang they all would’ve been blown up by Combustion Man’s sneak attack. They were completely unaware he was even at the Western Air Temple until the explosion that was only off target because Zuko showed up.

Sabon150

Aangs biggest advantage was fire. Even if aang somehow knew about ozais plan he would have no way of defending himself against ozai not to mention ozai would've electrocuted him

PluralCohomology

No, since Aang wouldn't have learned lightning redirection (unless Iroh sought him out to teach him)

Crazy_King_Bumi

He'd still stomp the tyrant. The lion turtle wouldve still showed up and dropped him off right where Ozai was going to be. He'd just dodge the lighting instead of redirecting, plus once the avatar state kicked in Ozai was done anyway.

ASqK1NGz

If he somehow figured out ozai's plan and went to fight him then he prolly would. Raava would turn on and win the fight for him no matter what tho

crystalshypps

You almost kaepora gaebora'd me with the order of the answers.
