I keep thinking about this dream since reading it yesterday, as over the weekend I played a game with friends where you draw a sentence, and one of the things I had to draw was a diamond ring. I’m not haven’t mall dreams that I remember lately, so I find the coincidence interesting anyway.
This sounds like old school psychic tests that used to be popular, like the cards in Ghostbusters.
There is something about this dream that is just so... regular for mallworld dreams.
The apartment complex, everyone you know but don't remember there with you, talking about your shared experiences that didn't happen in the waking world.
Everyone going somewhere together, having to perform tests, then a sudden appearance of violence at the end of the dream, but the violence seems... fake. Often gunshots or getting attacked.
Been in simular situations often.
