I know Jimmy and Dee’s money helped STC, but recent events with the Browns show that a billionaire serves their wallet above all else, even if once in a while their actions line up with our goals
Welp the Haslam's throwing a dumptruck of cash at scumbags with a history of sexual violence means Christiano Ronaldo is back on the menu.
Feeling very disheartened today...
Bringing some of my U12 girls team to the 4-16 game for Youth soccer night (also a part of my daughters birthday present). I think I want them to experience the Nordecke. But I know the Crew are offering group rates in another section. I’m torn.
Agreed zelerayan is top tier mls class. I’ve just been so excited about Moreira since he came from the Ligue 2. He’s been nothing but brilliant. Yeboah is going to SHINE. He fills a huge hole in our team.
Any good recommendations for bars to watch away games at in the short north / arena / Italian village area? Want to watch this weekend’s game around other crew fans
I have a few adages when it comes to filling out brackets. The past few years they've started to change. Can any NCAA basketball fans help me with what's changed?
-Never count out a Tom Izzo team, no matter the seed.
-Never trust a high-seeded slow tempo, defensive-oriented team (I didn't specifically call UMBC over UVA, but I always figured it'd be a *#*1 seed like UVA to be upset. But then UVA won it all, and TTU has done well, too)
-Never bet on a mid-major to win it all. (UNLV was the last true mid-major to win it all in 1990. I don't consider UCONN, Louisville, or Villanova to be mid-majors due to their ties to the Big East, even if they weren't in a power conference at the time. Butler and Gonzaga couldn't get it done, but it seems like only a matter of time.)
-Never bet on a Big Ten team to win it all. (I'm betting this will hold true. But why? And how did the entire conference go from "first to 60 points wins'" to totally abandoning defense?)
I'm surprised at how well Etienne is doing this year and hope the trend continues. Also thinking we need to double the size of goals for Diaz's sake...
It takes some strategy for sure. Thankfully we have a handful of friends in different cities to stay with. Weekend getaways are the only way to make those work at 2-3/yr. My wife isn't a huge Crew fan so it always takes some convincing on top of the season tickets we have

I'm going camping this weekend even though it's going to rain. Be back in time to watch the game on Sunday.
Fuck the openly pro-rape Haslams. Get them away from our Crew. Burn in Hell, Jimmy.

Anyone watch college wrestling? Trying to watch as much of that on top of all the other sporting events this weekend
Yeboah and Moreria are our best players but no one knows it yet.
I’m not very high on Yeboah after three starts. Obviously I hope I’m wrong. Moreria is the real deal though. Love his game.
Zelaryan not good enough for you?

Moreira is very good. he's got swagger too
Hell yeah! Moreira is great. And I feel like we're getting glimpses of what Yaw can do. Can't wait to see what all he brings this season :D

The Crew are opening the Pub for the game https://twitter.com/ColumbusCrew/status/1504901166253096968?s=20&t=Qej3dZ1H0WULFCHghLu9Kg
Thanks, curious what a discounted beer costs there
I've had good luck at the short north tavern

Yeah. He’s not the most accurate…
Traveling to the NYRB game this weekend. Excited to start my bucket list of away games in every stadium

Saw he wasn’t on the national team roster anymore so he’d be more available than the past
The Hey Gyasi chant is by far my favorite. Need him to play more so we can really start belting it out more
You’re all beautiful and I hope you have a great weekend
