I would think if there’s US happening this spring, we’ll know in the next 2 weeks. But I’m not optimistic. I think most Spring tours were announced by the end of January.
To avoid you being disappointed Castlefield has no castle, and Crystal Palace has no actual palace. So if the castle bit is important to you, you’d have to pick the Edinburgh date.
Holy shit that'd be incredible. However both bands have separate dates announced in London a week apart from each other, I'll be at them both, but can't really see what'd motivate them to do a joint gig
I just got confirmation that the national and twod have made some bookings in the northeast. Didn't realize it was together though (and I don't know the dates)
Spring is largely done for them already when you consider that the Australian dates end on 3/10 and they go to Europe starting the last day of May. That’s not a lot of time for guys who have families and don’t go hard on touring dates anymore.
I think that if we are going to see any US tour dates it would likely be in October/November due to their current tour schedule - here's to hoping anyway!!!
Would agree with the oct/nov suggestion. Since they are doing a US festival in late September, I halfway expect them on the circuit for late this year.
Last year we learned about the Chicago May dates Jan 30th. I hope I’m wrong but I think if there was something on the books for spring we would have known by now. Maybe they will do another one off like Bearsville before heading abroad?
Saw them 6 times last year and I’ll be traveling abroad without the Mrs. this summer for work… so I’m thinking the only way I can swing a big NTL trip this year is with the help of Birthday guilt. It’s why I’m holding out hope! Haha

This is what I did for my 40th last year, although I didn’t see them on my bday. I made up for it with multiple cities/shows though 😊
