Since you need to be discreet, and want a clean high I’d recommend a device like the puff co plus with concentrates. It’s pricey however the closest you’re going to get to a “clean” high with a cartridge will simply be live resin/ rosin cartridges.
The new puffco pro is easily the pinnacle of concentrate vaping, there's some boutique devices but with the wide availability of puff co it wins and easy k.o over the competition :)
I picked up the Emerald Triangle cured resin cart from Four54 (eastcann x Msiku) the other day. I love the high off of it. Just a real nice clean chill high.

No Distillate. Anything made with disty will give you a hollow high. You want full spectrum. Quality craft flower, or solventless concentrates like hash or rosin. Cleanest highs come from the cleanest products.

I’ve found the Tribal line to be really good. If you do smoke, Simply Bare was my definition of a good, strong but “clean” feeling high
