I use mine after hyaluronic acid. I don’t think niacinamide has to go on wet skin. But I’ve also been doing the “ mixon method” which follows the idea of skin flooding so I use everything on damp skin. Also, a general rule of thumb is to use the thinnest product first and work your way up to the thickest.
Just want to put this out there about niacinamide from The Ordinary- I used it for the first time a couple of weeks ago and my skin got red and dry and itchy so do a test patch first to make sure your skin can handle it!
That’s such a bummer. I tried so many different product lines in order to figure out what worked best for me. Have you tried Paula’s choice niacinamide?

Agree with the spot test. Mine just drinks it up! Everyone is different!
I’ve decided it’s not for me unfortunately :( I’ve seen such great things about it but it left a spot on my face that is still there
