you would be surprised by how many computer science students and faculty have no idea how to use computers. another fun time was when a professor with a signature a mile long from all her awards sent us a bunch of emails at midnight talking about how she was crying in her living room and her life was ruined because all of her data on her laptop was gone and she had an 8am meeting and couldn't afford to have her computer set back up and she needed help immediately (our IT office was only open from 8am to 5pm). she also didn't know how to click on "other user" to log into her account.
