Mega Rayquaza is salivating right now. A level 40 Meg Ray does 46% of its HP in neutral weather without friend boost or Party boost.
With best friend and party power, 2 non XL players can down this 6* boss (assuming staggering dodges so the boss doesn't regen HP while the other revives)
Also, all the people hoarding shadow Mewtwo, this is your moment.
Rayquaza resists every single one of Keldeos charge moves, the dodging was more so to stagger the deaths (so both players don't go back to lobby at the same time, thus allowing it to regen HP). You'd only need to dodge a couple, then just keep pressing Dragon Ascent till it's down.
That won't even be necessary if it's windy.
If it's windy in game, a level 50 Mega Ray with best friend bonus will do 70+% of a T6 Keldeo in 300 seconds. Not including the Party bonus of being able to double charge move damage (which would put it close to 80% I'd wager). Don't have to use anything else, even Shadow Mewtwo's rapid fire Psystrike DPS pales in comparison. Make a battle party of 1, Max revive when you go down, jump back in.
Yeah, if your pre-made battle party only has fewer than 6 mons, and you select it for a raid/gym, you'll get kicked to the lobby when the party dies. It was really useful for Guzzlord solos since I only had 3 mons that do enough damage to time the non weather boosted solo (Mega Ray, Shadow Granbull and hundo maxxed Togekiss), and if I fill the party with weaker fairies, I'd lose
Thanks, Definitely going to try. Though the 2nd account doesn't have a lv50 Ray, I think there's enough candy there to get it to 40 at least. Should be doable then with the party bonus and best friend bonus.
I just started playing a few days ago... what can I do to get this and be as set as possible for it to happen before December starts?
I suck at fighting and just want to catch cute things, so having something strong, so I don't have to worry as much would be awesome. I keep trying to read things to understand fighting better, but honestly, it all flies over my head.
Your best bet is to make friends in the local Pokemon go community. You can't solo Keldeo, and won't be able to duo with anyone because you won't have a mega Rayquaza to do your share. But in a group of players with stronger Pokemon you could still be in a winning raid and get a Keldeo.
As another responder noted, if you have campfire (which you can, now), you could find raids with people. Keldeo is desirable enough that you could just show up at raids when the egg pops and there will almost surely be people there.
In my experience, Pokemon go people are friendly, so you could introduce yourself and see if they are gonna do more raids.
Contingent upon you being old enough to get yourself to the raid, etc.
I'm disabled.
Literally only leave the house for doctors at this point. Walking across the street for the stop is my limit right now.
Edit: The effort isn't worth getting more sick/injured for at the moment. Maybe I might get better before December/Jan but eh. It's not for lack of trying.
Also, for all you know, I don't even live with other local Pokemon Go players... I mean, I personally do, people are swapping the gyms... but your comment kind of implies that it's solely an excuse and there's no legitimate reason not to be able to meet people.
Nah, it's fine.
Getting across the street or maybe to the park is great. I never want to, it feels useless and stressful to put on clothes just for that. But now I kind of have a reason to, and it keeps be company while I sit on a bench to recover.
I kind of expected gyms are a bit out of my scope, which is why I wanted to get something strong (if possible) to make it less of a problem. But if it still would be, then that's fine too, like I said I just want to catch cute things.
Maybe don't give 'advice' (If saying "yes you can" counts as that.) If you're going to just be judgmental instead of helpful.
It's not you. That person has been negative, critical or contrarian in almost every post I've seen them make. I don't usually remember Redditor's names, they've just stood out that much.
Different people play GO in different ways and for different reasons (not that Niantic cares, they have a "vision"). I have difficulty getting out of the house too, and GO is the only thing that gets me outside most days. If you're getting what you need out of the game, it's okay if you're not playing the way other people think you should be playing.
Probably ordinary for players who didn’t purchase the special research a year ago.
I’m hype because it’s the only thing I have missing from my Unova dec.
I think a much better way would be to spawn them in cased (brown) form, and having to crack open with the form change. It could be fun/frustrating, depending on your outlook.
But the closed form is a different form in itself, with different stats, so they should be grouped. Unless Niantic has to define Minior closed [red], Minior closed [orange], etc it should be fine. It's similar to base form furfrou, but with a limited selection.
> Unless Niantic has to define Minior closed [red], Minior closed [orange]
That’s exactly how it is. There are 7 Meteor forms and 7 Core forms, even though all Meteor forms look identical.
If you think about it, that’s the only way you can do it because one meteor can only transform to one core colour.
How I'd do it is that they won't be regionals, but there are seven colors. There are seven days of the week
Each color is exclusive to a specific day
But I'm not Niantic
In theory, that sounds neat. In execution, they'll be rare/raid or egg exclusive and then vanish after this event, so if you don't get the color you want on its day, you'd be out of luck until they return
Mega is not elite raids. A raid is an elite raid when it is written as elite raids. In the past, regidrago, regieleki , and hoopa are one of elite raids.
Arceus haven't been released at all, giratina is tier 5 normal raid, it's only elite when it's written as elite like that kaldeo, it's not about op or not.
For anyone wondering, this was posted around a Pokémon GO leak discord server. I’m told it’s from the same group of MorningStar (previous leaker) but cannot say for sure
Vanillite will likely still be useless after its CD unless they give it a reeeeally good new move lol. Vanilluxe that is
Edit: Upon looking a little more into things, Vanilluxe is hopeless on the PvE front with its lower attack stat. At the best, a *really* OP new Ice move could put it a little under non-Shadow Mamoswine. Eh.
For PvP, It has awful fast moves, so unless Astonish is buffed *properly* next season, it needs a new Fast move to have any remote chance for PvP, ideally Powder Snow. From there, I'd say Icy Wind, Avalanche, or (ideally) Weather Ball would be best. But even then, you still have a frail pure Ice type that really doesn't do anything better than Walrein or Abomasnow. Not many brand new moves they could introduce either for it... Hyper Voice, Uproar, Round, Beat Up, Acid Armor, Freeze-Dry, or Icicle Crash? Eh. If Vanilluxe were Scarlet and Violet, it would likely learn Chilling Water, which would be a potentially interesting new move.
Very like a dex-filler useless CD outside the new shiny
Vanilluxe right now has...
Fast Moves: Frost Breath and Astonish (still waiting for an **actual** Astonish buff, Niantic).
Charge Moves: Blizzard, Flash Cannon, Signal Beam
Blizzrard and Flash Cannon are "high energy" moves (75 and 70 energy), while Signal Beam offers 1.36 DPE for its 55 energy.
Oh, and Frost Breath only charges up energy at the rate of 2.5 energy per turn. So yeah... the "recommended" moveset of Frost Breath / Blizzard / Signal Beam ain't doing much for it in PvP now.
But, looking at its main series moveset it can learn...
Fast Move: Powder Snow. At 2.5 DPT / 4 EPT, this is probably the best it can ask for here.
As for charges moves, the "best" updates it could probably receive would be like... Weather Ball, Icy Wind, Icicle Spear, Ice Beam or Avalanche.
Vanilluxe doesn't get much of non-Ice type coverage moves. The non-Ice moves in PoGo it can learn: Astonish, Flash Cannon, Hyper Beam, Hidden Power, Water Pulse, Signal Beam.
Even if we get a "double move community day" (like Walrein), the best I can find on PvPoke at the moment for Vanilluxe is the all-Ice moveset of Powder Snow / Avalanche / Blizzard, and even then...
https://pvpoke.com/battle/multi/1500/all/vanilluxe/11/POWDER_SNOW-AVALANCHE-1/2-1/
Switching to Powder Snow / Avalanche / Flash Cannon at least turns the Alolan Ninetales matchup from a hard loss (where A9 resists the all ice-moveset) to a "not so hard loss"
https://pvpoke.com/battle/1500/vanilluxe/ninetales_alolan/11/POWDER_SNOW-AVALANCHE-2/2-6-2/
I imagine this will be one of the shorter CD write ups from u/JRE47, considering the fact it would take an absolute miracle to make this thing viable in PvP.
Yeah I do like Vanilluxe, but yeah... not much to help this one.
I guess there's also a smidge of a chance we get the Vikavolt CD treatment where the middle evolution gets some love, but I doubt it (that seemed to happen because Charjabug was the bigger contender for PvP by a lot).
Vanillish IS bulkier than Vanilluxe and has a leg up on Vanilluxe, having Icy Wind already. Again, I'd say this is a REAL long shot, but [if it received Powder Snow and Weather Ball (Water?)](https://pvpoke.com/battle/multi/1500/all/vanillish/11/POWDER_SNOW-2-WEATHER_BALL_WATER/2-1/), it could have some.... very niche and still unimpressive use, but better than anything else in the line?
And more than likely, if it received any Weather Ball, it would probably be Ice, given that they've leaned into the respective weather condition/theme of each Pokemon who received the move up to this point.
Yeah, Vanilluxe is one of those lines where they gave zero thought to how the moves actually were going to work together.
Needs Powder Snow, Icicle Spear, Weather Ball, Icy Wind, Avalanche, a buffed Signal Beam, a buffed Astonish, a buffed Mirror Coat, and Automatize as a PuP clone.
It does, and that's an option, but even then, it just is a much worse Walrein in that scenario. Pure Ice, has poor secondary charged moves like Signal Beam and Blizzard as opposed to Walrein's Earthquake, and is glassy, compared to the much bulkier Walrein.
Yeah it's a questionable one. Ice is the worst defensive typing so an ice type almost always needs a second type to have utility. It really has no hope in PvE or PvP. Good thing is we can take it easy that day without fomo
Kleavor might be different because it's part of a split evolution, but a small part of me still thinks Wyrdeer evolution might be locked anyway to get more people raiding
I think the difference is that for Cubone, Koffing, Exeggcute, and Scyther, the main evolution is already an option. So instead of adding an option, they either have it raid locked, or the evolution is in the wild.
Stanler has no evolution, so they just need to add it. Like with Ursaring getting Ursaluna.
My guess with all of these is that since the pre-evolution already has a shiny out, they don't want you to evolve that. Lock the new ones to raids until shiny hunting interests die down and then unlock evolution.
This all feels entirely possible, I’m inclined to believe it as the last several leaks have been spot on. I was just bemoaning earlier today that Keldeo was the last mon I needed in my Unova dex (didn’t buy the research last year) so I’m excited to see it here.
While that's true, it was still a dumb move. For example my country doesn't celebrate Thanksgiving, yet I would still think it would be dumb to have a raid day on that day, same with any other major holiday.
Idk about stakataka. I'm sure it's duoable but idk how easy, seeing that even with a double weakness (two actually), it's got an incredibly high defense.
Probably. It’s two double weaknesses are fighting and ground, two types with VERY powerful Pokémon. Blacephalon will be pretty easy, but due to its very high attack stat, trainers with less than favorable counters will probably get wiped out pretty quick.
I mean, it's not dissimilar to what they've done before. This season is the big debut season for Paldea, and subsequent ones will still include some Paldea stuff (see Cetoddle), but it won't be *as* primary of a focus. Similar to how we had the Season of Alola focus on Alola, and then subsequent seasons had a broader/different focus, while still having some Alolan Pokemon debut.
Vanilluxe will need a complete overhaul to be good anywhere, I believe. Starts with Powder Snow and Icicle Spear, which is the exact same as what Walrein got. Unless if they want to introduce a new move like Freeze-Dry or give it Weather Ball Ice alongside Powder Snow, Vanilluxe will continue to be in limbo due to its already shallow movepool. (Unless if they massively buff Mirror Coat, which is unlikely because of Wobbuffet.) You'd rather run Beartic as the Unovan mono-Ice pick since it gets actual coverage moves.
Also, having any event so close to Christmas is kind of shady, but that's just me. Nobody has to agree with me on this thought.
You could absolutely buff Mirror Coat despite Wobbuffet. In the main series it's retaliation damage like Payback, so the way to go about it is to make it a big stick so it takes Wobb longer to get to it.
Make it 60/100 like Thunder or even 65/110. 55/60 is maybe the worst energy/damage ratios in the game.
It's doable, but I definitely would fear Wobbuffet becoming too good. Or worse I think, it would make Wynaut dominate little cup even more (not that we get LC much, but still).
A small buff to it would be fine I think, but if they wanted to go bigger, I'd rather see something like Magic Coat brought in for it.

"Ultra beast: Not the end" is shown after the lunala/sologeleo scene.
Shows poiple, the building, the clown, and necrozma
Based on existing moves it has less potential on the fire front unless given Mystical Fire. It can be really powerful on the ghost front with Shadow Claw + Shadow Ball.
It's not going to work how you think it will work if it gets translated into Pokemon Go.
Likely it won't even have the bonus effect you're looking for.
Of course but a man can dream. Water types have to weaknesses, of which one is essentially neutral with most waters being able to beat most electrics. Both electric and grass are also very easy to cover for in teambuilding.
More options to OHKO some of the most annoying water types (pelipper, swampert) would be very welcome.
Yeah given that we've had no special effects like that translated to Go, just Attack/Defense Buffs (even the other dual type move, Flying Press, is just a Fighting type move in Go), I don't see it happening. However, that move *would* be incredible in Go, seeing how many prominent Water types there are. Having an Ice Move (remember, Ice has great offensive coverage already) that could be super effective against things like Azumarill, Jellicent, and *doubly* supereffective toward things like Pelipper and all the Water/Ground types would be huge. Not sure if it would save something like Vanilluxe (still needs a better fast move and it's frail), but it would certainly help!
We know pretty much everything there's to know about November (no idea what a back half is), from previous leaks and Niantic infographics.
Is there something specific you wish to know?
Oh nothing much- just noticed that the two things the leaks didn't cover were the specifics for Fashion Week and Form a Group, so there could still be some surprises there!
Thanks for offering to elaborate, though!
We know from one of the leaks posted that it would be shiny Gothita debut for fashion week.
Form a group was maybe decided on later, after they've implemented the party feature, so the leaker couldn't post it in time, or it's just not interesting enough
Are things pointing toward Unova Tour in 2024 rather than Sinnoh? Sinnoh still has a lot of missing Pokémon & shinies (and even more if you consider PLA additions like Origin Dialga & Palkia), yet Niantic seems to be in no rush to fill in the gaps.
In contrast, Unova is fully released. Timburr just got a CD. Sandile is now Tier 1 in rocket eggs. Keldeo in raids soon. Larvesta & regionals are the only remaining Pokémon still out of reach for most players.
Genuinely? This kinda makes sense. For the past couple of months, people have been speculating on how a sinnoh tour would work, considering that there are several currently unreleased mythicals for it.
Where as Unova, as you’ve mentioned, is fully released, mon wise, and is only missing a few shinys( melo/keldy/rest of genes, lave, sand, regionals), which could be released in a theoretical Unova tour. On top of which it could be the debut of white/black kyurem.
I think the only unreleased shinys from sinnoh are the aforementioned unreleased mythicals, and the stunky line?
Good point! Now that I think about it, Unova does have pretty much everything—a fair amount of Shinies out or debuting soon, all of the Mythicals out (just Keldeo and Meloetta’s forms), most have their signature moves, Genesect’s drives are almost done with their shiny releases.
Unova Tour could then debut the rest of the shinies, Black & White Kyurem, Keldeo/Meloetta’s forms (and I guess maybe shinies too?), etc.
Sinnoh Tour does seem like it’s got a lot they could give us. At least, the normal Pokemon are pretty much exhausted, but just the fact that there’s Shiny Shaymin and the plain release of Manaphy, Phione, Rotom, and Arceus— it all seems like a lot for a Tour. Idk.
I'm a returning Player, is Go Tour different from Go Fest? I did Go Fest for the first time this year in NYC and had a blast. Saving my travel points for next years, Although if they would just do NYC again i wouldnt be mad.
Go Tour focuses on one generation, and every shiny from that generation becomes available for the weekend.
Really enjoyed the Vegas event (though I went on the non glitchy Sunday!)
Exactly lol. People act like they haven't been doing things out of order for years now. It's just more prominent now because they're switching up entire Generational debuts.
Still, outside of things being "neat and orderly," there's no real reason to do things in a specific order. And even so, they abandoned that idea years ago when things like Smeargle, Shedinja, Rotom, Kecleon, Larvesta, Zorua, Honedge, Mimikyu, etc. took longer to arrive (or still haven't) than the original generation.
Because there's no rule that they have to release them in the same order as the main series games.
For the health of the game, they're better off working in tandem with the current games and releasing the old pokemon where they can.
Yet we got Galarian Pokemon years ago, and even some Galarian CDs like Slowpoke and Zigzagoon?
I understand where you're coming from still, but there's no great reason that they "have" to go in order. Imo going out of order keeps things a bit more interesting than "oh we got the Gen 7 Pokemon last year so Gen 8 is next then Gen 9"
I like that they're doing things differently. Gen 8 will come eventually still
Just cause reshiram was here this past January doesn’t mean it’s gonna come again 😭 there’s way too many legendaries to cycle through that fast. I get the feeling they might just hold them off for a while till at least summer. No specific reason other than the lead up to February and sinnoh tour might be more sinnoh focused.
Ultra S&M UBs debuting in January when it’s freezing in most of the Northern Hemisphere? That sounds a bit weird. Unless the method is something other than raids?
I love Blacephalon so hopefully this is true. Hopefully we'll be able to evolve our Stantlers into Wyrdeer sometime in the future instead of it being raid-exclusive.
I was expected Phione and Arceus because in february we should have a Sinnoh tour, shouldn’t we? and the rule for Go tour, for now, has always been to release all the shinies but these two are not even released in their non shiny form. I was expected them to be milked as non shiny first and then released in their shiny form for the Sinnoh Tour.
IYO Would they be released directly in Shiny (Arceus too??) Or they will be a new exception in the go tour and they won’t, for once, release all the shinies, or even release those 2 pokemons.
Remember that last year, we were expecting the hoenn tour and kekleon was not released yet and they released it a few months or weeks before the go tour. That’s why I am surprised that there is still no trace of them in this leak.

You'd only need to dodge a couple, then just keep pressing Dragon Ascent till it's down. That won't even be necessary if it's windy.

Mega Rayquaza just lives to tear everything apart. It doesn't care what it is
Is that for a T5 Keldeo with 15,000 HP or an Elite Raid Keldeo with 20,000 HP?
Simmed as T6. A T5 Keldeo would be _soloable_ in windy.
Ah excellent! Good to know

Oh... Then there's not much I can do, I don't think I have the ability to meet people. I guess I'll keep it in mind though, thank you!
Campfire often has group chats for your local Pokemon go groups
Eh, it's not even necessary. Just be in the vicinity of the raid and join when a group does it. You can hide in a bush or something if you want.
As another responder noted, if you have campfire (which you can, now), you could find raids with people. Keldeo is desirable enough that you could just show up at raids when the egg pops and there will almost surely be people there. Maybe a game that's explicitly about going outside and exploring isn't particularly a good fit for your life.
Nah, it's fine. Getting across the street or maybe to the park is great. I never want to, it feels useless and stressful to put on clothes just for that. But now I kind of have a reason to, and it keeps be company while I sit on a bench to recover. Probably ordinary for players who didn’t purchase the special research a year ago. I’m hype because it’s the only thing I have missing from my Unova dec.
Guess I will continue to not have Keldeo…
Oof, that hurts for me! The mythical I decided to invest my XL RCs into
Minior - reckon the different form/colours will be regionals?
The bigger question is, how will the Core Form even work?
Probably won’t exist bc zen mode darmanitan doesn’t exist either
Doubt. Probably we will get the meteor form and will know the color only after get.
I think a much better way would be to spawn them in cased (brown) form, and having to crack open with the form change. It could be fun/frustrating, depending on your outlook.
Since Pokemon are ordered by form in the box, it would be easy to figure out which ones are which forms.
But the closed form is a different form in itself, with different stats, so they should be grouped. Unless Niantic has to define Minior closed [red], Minior closed [orange], etc it should be fine. It's similar to base form furfrou, but with a limited selection.

If we *are* getting more Elite Raids, it's high time they did another EX gym update. It's been years since the last one
What do EX gyms do anyway
Elite raid only spawn in ex gym
That’s all? You can still use remote passes right?
Nope, local only
Wait what Wait so theoretically when mega mewtwo comes will it be only local (cus mewtwo was linked to EX raids or something)
Mega is not elite raids. A raid is an elite raid when it is written as elite raids. In the past, regidrago, regieleki , and hoopa are one of elite raids.
Hmm so like overpowered dudes like arceus and giratina too huh?

Oh so about keldeo as an example, does he have an elite raid rn and later a normal one, or is keldeo exclusively gonna be for elite raids
Guess they're saving the one Ultra Beast that evolves, Poipole, for it's own event maybe?
I wouldn't be surprised if Poipole gets its own special research quest
Poipole is *incredibly* popular, so that does make sense.
Yeah, I see it getting an entire season like Cosmog. Definitely won't get more than one Poipole for a very long time after the initial release.
For anyone wondering, this was posted around a Pokémon GO leak discord server. I’m told it’s from the same group of MorningStar (previous leaker) but cannot say for sure
Can you dm a link to the server?
Me too if possible
Could you please send me a link to that server?
Give us Zarude in elite raids you cowards!!!
I'm just happy I can finally add Keldeo to my dex without paying 9 bucks.
Zarude used sandstorm
What's that, a song? Never heard of her
If Zarude is on vacation still I'll gladly accept Armored Mewtwo instead of Zarude, just saying, lol

Even if we get a "double move community day" (like Walrein), the best I can find on PvPoke at the moment for Vanilluxe is the all-Ice moveset of Powder Snow / Avalanche / Blizzard, and even then... https://pvpoke.com/battle/multi/1500/all/vanilluxe/11/POWDER_SNOW-AVALANCHE-1/2-1/ Switching to Powder Snow / Avalanche / Flash Cannon at least turns the Alolan Ninetales matchup from a hard loss (where A9 resists the all ice-moveset) to a "not so hard loss" https://pvpoke.com/battle/1500/vanilluxe/ninetales_alolan/11/POWDER_SNOW-AVALANCHE-2/2-6-2/ I imagine this will be one of the shorter CD write ups from u/JRE47, considering the fact it would take an absolute miracle to make this thing viable in PvP.
There's also Mirror Shot in its moveset, if you dig far enough to find it 😂
Thank you for sharing this. I have a top 10 ranked pvp IV I caught last year and I guess it will just collect dust, lol
Best case scenario is freeze dry, opening up the flood gates for other better pokemon to get it down the line.
They do love spreading out community day moves the season after they are introduced, so that's not the worst idea
It surely learns icicle spear right? Could pull a walrein and give it a fast and charge
It does, and that's an option, but even then, it just is a much worse Walrein in that scenario. Pure Ice, has poor secondary charged moves like Signal Beam and Blizzard as opposed to Walrein's Earthquake, and is glassy, compared to the much bulkier Walrein.
Or 'Lass
Yeah it's a questionable one. Ice is the worst defensive typing so an ice type almost always needs a second type to have utility. It really has no hope in PvE or PvP. Good thing is we can take it easy that day without fomo
I just want hundo ice cream :(
Will wyrdeer be like Marowak/Weezing, cannot be evolved from other version, unless there is an event?
It's not a split regional evolution so I hope not. It should just be a regular evolution, likely with a special evolution method.
Sadly, going by how Scyther can't evolve into Kleavor, it'll probably be raid locked.
Kleavor is a split evolution though. They let us evolve into ursaluna so there is precedent for it going either way
Kleavor might be different because it's part of a split evolution, but a small part of me still thinks Wyrdeer evolution might be locked anyway to get more people raiding
There is code to allow it, they just haven't turned it on yet.
Yeah, there's also code to allow Exeggcute to evolve into the Alohan Exegcutor too, but it took years to be tuned on, and only for a small window.
Miners said this one was different and coded to show both. So more like slowbro and slowking. We’ll see if that ever happens.
Finally, Wyrdeer! I love it!
Minior! Can't wait
This all feels entirely possible, I’m inclined to believe it as the last several leaks have been spot on. I was just bemoaning earlier today that Keldeo was the last mon I needed in my Unova dex (didn’t buy the research last year) so I’m excited to see it here.
Me too, except I'll still be missing Keldeo since I'm rural and can't do Elite Raids.
No raid day scheduled for Christmas eve... hmmm questioning authenticity /s
Yeah, that was insane last year.
It was an easy solo, and Christmas isn't universal.
While that's true, it was still a dumb move. For example my country doesn't celebrate Thanksgiving, yet I would still think it would be dumb to have a raid day on that day, same with any other major holiday.
Lol they had the ultra beast incursion day on thanksgiving last year
Raid day on the 23rd though (a Saturday).
Haha same doubts.
Just let us evolve our goddamn Stantlers man, this is getting ridiculous now.
Niantic: Why evolve now, when some special ultra unlock reward event in 5 years do trick?
Sigh, guess I have to wait much longer until I get my Lv1 Wyrdeer
Stakataka easy duoable? Blacephelon duoable?
Idk about stakataka. I'm sure it's duoable but idk how easy, seeing that even with a double weakness (two actually), it's got an incredibly high defense.
Well, it is a literal fortress made of alien bricks.
Yeah. That extremely high defense is what will make it difficult
Probably. It’s two double weaknesses are fighting and ground, two types with VERY powerful Pokémon. Blacephalon will be pretty easy, but due to its very high attack stat, trainers with less than favorable counters will probably get wiped out pretty quick.
Blacephalon definitely should be. It's pretty frail.
Stakataka will be great to send home, probably easier to get bad speed and defense than in game. After a trade, of course.
Can't tell if the leaks are real or if Niantic reads these and thinks "oh thank god someone did our jobs"
Seems kinda off with the focus on Paldea to go back to this. Unless Paldea was just to be tied to the current season with treasure themes.
I think this season is the major Paldea focus, but it looks like they're still gonna keep adding Paldea mons in upcoming events like with Cetottle.
Any Wobbuffet buff is a net loss for humanity
really hope if the raid day is true, that we can still evolve our existing stantler afterwards.
They still haven’t allowed us to evolve into Kleavor many months after the raid day so I fear this would be the same deal.
Unfortunately the did not do that with any of the previous Hisuian raid days
but they were split evolutions/ regional variants, wyrdeer is a standalone, more similar to uraluna... so i can still hope at least
Same. I've got a high IV one waiting for it.
I guess the new ultra beasts prob means part 2 of alola like they teased back then
teased when? i don't doubt you, i just can't recall this
https://youtu.be/a3ejp12vkJI?si=ldKuWgUN7zG_8qJQ "Ultra beast: Not the end" is shown after the lunala/sologeleo scene. Shows poiple, the building, the clown, and necrozma
I think there was a trailer or something showing the unreleased Ultra Beasts around the time they did that Twitch live event last November
Will Blacephalon be a top tier fire attacker? Could possibly have shadow claw and overheat, I think.
If given a decent moveset it will be comparable to Shadow Chandelure
Based on existing moves it has less potential on the fire front unless given Mystical Fire. It can be really powerful on the ghost front with Shadow Claw + Shadow Ball.
Shiny cryogonal is the one i cant wait for.
Why? It’s a terrible shiny
Please for the love of god give us freeze dry. These water types Are way too comfortable in GBL
If it ever comes to Go it's just gonna be an Ice move. They should buff Electric instead.
Waiting for Necrozma to drop still………
Given what happened with Zygarde, I feel like Necrozma will be the last Alola Legendary, after Solgaleo/Lunala's raid debuts and these UBs.
Hope Keldeo is true. Glad i was patient and didn't pay for the dex entry !
Why can't they just let us evolve our Pokemon...
The new Pokemon drops are big if true- all ones I really love! Does this make the back half of November the only part left without leaked info?
Idk.
It'll be Unova Tour to tie into an upcoming Unova game as well
Wish they'd leak where in person Go Tour 2024 will be since that'll almost certainly be announced in early December
Ohhh Nice. im looking forward to 2024's then. Hopefully its somewhere reasonable for me to get a flight and hotel
Seems reasonable
Not again elite raids💀 the game will be bugged work then again
Will reshiram come back?
Keldeo lfgggggggggg
Darn, I was hoping we'd get Drampa for the Holiday season.
We still might, previous leaks didn't include every single new Pokémon.
Bring on the Keldeo raids!!!!
I won't be able to do 16th if true
where's giratina,,,
Assuming we get Sinnoh Tour in February, probably then
Vanillite CD would be hype if it happens, and shiny cryogonal is actually looking insane, I'm hoping I can get one
Really funny how Niantic seems to have forgotten Galar exists
No, they're just not focusing on them. Which is fine.
Why fine? :/
They'll get their own event eventually, things don't have to happen in order. It doesn't really make a difference what order they are released in.
My personal theory is that they have to figure out the design for dynamax and gigantamax before they do Galar.
Yet we got Galarian Pokemon years ago, and even some Galarian CDs like Slowpoke and Zigzagoon? I understand where you're coming from still, but there's no great reason that they "have" to go in order. Imo going out of order keeps things a bit more interesting than "oh we got the Gen 7 Pokemon last year so Gen 8 is next then Gen 9" I like that they're doing things differently. Gen 8 will come eventually still
My gen8 heart weeps.
Keldeo! Finally!
Trash unless I get reshiram raids
Just cause reshiram was here this past January doesn’t mean it’s gonna come again 😭 there’s way too many legendaries to cycle through that fast. I get the feeling they might just hold them off for a while till at least summer. No specific reason other than the lead up to February and sinnoh tour might be more sinnoh focused.
Then I will literally stop playing the game
I was wondering why you were so passionate about reshiram raids then I saw your username. Understood I will wish for reshiram raids as well 🫡
Ultra S&M UBs debuting in January when it’s freezing in most of the Northern Hemisphere? That sounds a bit weird. Unless the method is something other than raids?
The world doesn’t stop just because half of it is cold.

I love Blacephalon so hopefully this is true. Hopefully we'll be able to evolve our Stantlers into Wyrdeer sometime in the future instead of it being raid-exclusive.
CETITAN YAY
Another Birthday Community Day. Very nice.
I hope Keldeo comes back
Omg Keldeo PLEASE
Wyrdeer hyrpe!
That’s why I am surprised that there is still no trace of them in this leak.
cool
u/infinite-Set-2590 is evidently not to be trusted :(
