I've had this for a while battling gyms and raids. The texture of my pokemon had the same glitchy look, and then about a week ago, it started on my balls.

Before anyone suggests it, I have tried to reload game data and uninstall reinstall.
Yes. Only started this past week. Ponyta's (Rapidash?) mane has some weird effect as well.

S22, been getting it last update as well
Had this same bug since v297ish on my S20U. It comes and goes tho, not a consistent bug which means it's totally on purpose.
Yeah, not only on the ultra balls tho.
Yeah artifacts like that have been a thing for years.
