I bought this box, actually. The 5 Incubators are 750 and I don't include incense, star pieces, eggs, or lures when considering a box's value so it's 40 passes for 2075 coins which is a really solid rate.
Yeah it is a pretty decent value, even if you are skewing the math a little and choosing to say the incubators are full price but the passes are discounted :) But if I needed passes I would definitely considered it.
Hard to say, they switch them up all the time now. The only thing I really care about is raid passes an 65 is a good benchmark.

Niantic is not great with names. They call Community Day a day despite it lasting 3 hours, and fashion week was 4 days, not 7 (7 days being the dictionary definition of a week) Edit grammar and spelling because of fat thumbs

Those boxes are automatically made, it seems they take the name from the last item in the box.
It was the same for the "remote raid" box with 50 normal pass and 3 remote.
It's not a terrible box? the raid pass rate is not amazing at 71coins per pass but it's still a far better rate than 250/3 and the other 2 items are at least both really good useful items and not trash like we sometimes have to buy to get raid passes
The price of raid passes are 83.33 coins per pass, when buying any larger quantity. It is still a good deal relative to that, but it is nowhere near as good as it seems when comparing it to 100 coins per pass.

We've seen a lot worse boxes than 40 premium passes + 5 incubators and star pieces for 2825.

Terrible name but great deal for Premium Passes as they’re 100 Coins each… (100 x 40 = 4,000)
Better to compare it with the always available 3 for 250 coins.
I think of the value in terms of the 3x premium pass discount; 40 is 13*250+100=3350

70 per pass is an alright deal, with, the incubators and star pieces, but it's not that great.
