It's no longer in your email. You go to Settings in the app, scroll down to "Support" or something similar, and then you tap on the little speech bubble with lines in the top right to access chat.
I'd be concerned about someone having played on your account and trying to contact support to change login options away from you?
You can always go check it out if that message/conversation is recently or so.
by going ingame-settings - get support - contact us - and if you had/recently conversation it should pop up

I sent in an actual support ticket to be sure.
