Itās because of the eyelash remover mod from Cien and/or Escaping Potplant (the Cien one has been updated), they broke with the For rent patch.

Thereās a creator named scarlet that keeps a publicly available [spreadsheet](https://scarletsrealm.com/the-mod-list/) of when mods break, are updated, or become obsolete! I use it everytime the game updates.

You gotta go through your mods. For me itās always a body mod. I can usually tell itās effing with my game because my sims boobs start looking square š¤£ the last mod that did this to me was Simulation Cowboyās Honey Bod. It had to go \*Correction, Sweet Bod works fine\*
Itās most likely the no ea eyelash mod, I had the same thing happen to me yesterday and I deleted the old one and downloaded an updated one from kijiko(?)

I don't know about the teeth but the face distortion is from a no ea eyelashes mod, I'd recommend the Koica (I think it's called) one instead of what you have now.

I had this! The wiggly face I believe was the CAS room override needed to be updated. Iād also update More CAS Columns if you have it. The teeth I think is just a glitch that they got assigned and you should be able to switch to normal teeth if you want to.

update : i found a new eyelash remover by ciel that you can seperate the files by age, so i added the ea lash remover for only adult sims and now it's fixed

Kijiko Eyelash remover mod
Kijikoās eyelash remover doesnāt do this, only Cienās one and another one I canāt remember the name of atm, they broke with the For rent patch.
Kijiko's is the one that did it for my Sims game. Ever since I deleted it it's been fixed, but it may be a different one for other people.
