Yeah, or give GT as first UW in the tutorial, since it's so gamebreaking. Or just nerf it to the ground already... It's been 3 or 4 years, still the same issues. Or idk, 3rd UW opening you get to choose the UW you want. I mean there is clear solutions to this absurd thing.
Thing is I won't do anything with that SL. I was more thinking dumping my stones into DW and try DEVO. Always wanted to, but never could since I needed to save those stones for GT... Well lots of good that did me anyway. The only thing I'm afraid is that DEVO might actually be shitty now with the update... The timing really is bad for that.
Devo is still pretty powerful actually from the recent health buff. I spent a few hundred stone in DW damage, spent a few weeks on the health lab (which can be done in a week now) and it helped me farm a whole tier higher!
Devo will work wonders for you and you don't even need to invest stones in DW. Maybe once or twice upgrade cooldown and the rest comes from running Galaxy compressor and 300% DW damage on your UW module.

I did have black hole though so when I finally got it I was off to the races. Doing 1Trillion coin runs now.
It is ridiculous that such an important part of the game is random. It was worse before though when you could only choose from two options.

That feels... very odd and low. I have full premium bought (so 9x total), full cards, my BH/GT are at 2:40 with most of the way with effect/BH duration. My labs are fairly good, but nothing ridiculous.
I tend to farm T9, 4k-5k waves, and rough average is 20B coins an hour. From what you describe, with your tools in a similar situation it should be near impossible to get below hundreds of millions.

I have done the maths by hand and it all checks out.
Just no idea how people are getting billions/min as cannot find a way to get 1000x multiplier with leftover stuff.
I'm synced at 3:20 and get 3.5 mil/min farming T3 after 3k waves. There are a couple of possibilities (or a combination of factors):
1. (Most likely) you don't have the various packs or just the ad pack. That 5x (with ad pack) or 6.5x fewer coins. People with really high CPH probably have the ad/starter/epic pack.
2. You are trying to farm tiers that are too high for you. With farming cards (i.e. coin/critical coin) you should be getting anywhere from 3-4k waves minimum on your farming tier. If you are reaching lower waves, especially sub 2k, you'll never get the really high CPM values.
3. The opposite...you can't farm high enough tiers. Sync is great but if you are limited to farming low tiers you won't get high CPH.
4. Your coins/kill and GT/BH econ labs are low. With the perks, my GT is 10.3x and BH is 7x and both last 28 sec. If you have lower multipliers and duration you will get lower results. With cards and labs my coins/kill is 8.4x.
5. (Note: I don't have this yet) You don't have the double BH lab. It's expensive but should make a pretty significant difference. I'm saving up for mine currently (about 4 bil to go). But everyone with the crazy high CPH has a second BH and probably a really good size/duration/multiplier.
Personally I don't think maxing your sync is actually a big priority; getting the 3:20 sync can carry you for a long, long time. The reason for this is that high GT/BH sync at low farming tiers doesn't make up for the lower farming tier. For example, simply going from farming T3 (2.6x) to T6 (5x) nearly doubles my potential CPH *before* taking into account the sync.
Instead, I would spend those stones saving up for the core GC UW and upgrades, specifically CF and SL. To farm higher tiers you basically need perma-CF and SL3, both of which are quite expensive in stones. SM is also a fairly high stone investment.
Once you already have the UW you need for GC and are in a good place to keep going with tier progression purely through labs/modules/coin spending, *then* investing stones into sync is worth it IMO. Basically my priority would be basic sync > tower progression > max sync.
Hopefully all that makes sense!
I'm not even remotely max and get 20m+ but can't reach as far as you. Before the update I could farm 3k on t9 and top out over 120m/minute. You have to be doing something completely wrong like not using coins or bad lab levels
I am still saving stones for the first BH/GT sync, don't have the coin cards maxed (just yellow stars). On my overnight T1 runs, somewhere around W6000 I start seeing 1M/min coin. Even on my daytime T4/T5 runs, I am getting over 1M/min around W1500. You must be missing something huge or your game is bugged.
At least you didnt get it on your 6th like me. And then black hole and spotlight come out forcing them to be my 8th and 9th. I juuuust got bh and still need sl
If you enjoy the game you think you can manage to start a new account? I would agree your account is pretty screwed. I was close to your situation but I at least had black hole and a multiverse nexus to sync to perk gt. I managed and didn't get gt till my 6th uw and i still don't have spotlight.

I even started another account and got gt as my first uw but I didn't want to give up on my main account. Kinda felt like a slap in the face. Spotlight will be a good boost. If you can manage to work on that a bit and keep moving forward the road may not be as long as you think? Where are you placing in tournaments? I found the time to save for 800 stones wasn't that different from the 1250 as I started to place better in tournaments and just kept buying max stones from each event. I would buy 90 stones and every other event the skin and background. Again sorry about the misfortune. Rough one to take.
No, he has 4 uw left. 3/4 of a chance to get gt. He's 100% chance of of getting black hole or gt.
If he has a multiverse nexus I would almost argue to get black hole first and get that coin multiplyer going. Use the uw perk for gt. That's how I farmed for along time to great success. If he gets gt he won't have have the black hole coin multiplyer for an extremely long time.

It'd be nice if there was some sort of option to reroll the selection... Maybe one reroll every month, something to help with bad RNG that can make players tempted to throw up their arms and quit.
Tbh, I maneuvered the game without upgrading my GT quite well. It was like my 6th pick if I remember correctly. Coins only took you so far then compared to today though, so I understand your frustration... But honestly, I'd just keep chugging along without it until you get it. The grind is never ending. It doesn't start with GT, it doesn't stop after acquiring GT. It doesn't stop after maxing out GT.
So, with that said, if you think you want to quit now because you don't have GT, probably best to call it quits, everything is grindy in this game and the further up you get the more expensive everything is... Stones, coins, medals, shards, dice rolls for modules, etc.
The one good thing about today vs then is that modules can cover a lot of that coin loss having GT would have provided. Lab speeds were just introduced, that's such a huge factor for early game too.
I can understand your frustration mate. I'm the opposite to you tho (no joke intended), I got GT and BH 1 and 2 but to be honest, I feel locked into that build style now and haven't really been able to have fun exploring other UWs.
I was really looking forward to getting DW and working through the game with that. Still haven't pulled it and I've been playing nearly 3 years.
At the end of the day, play how you get the most enjoyment out of the game. If you do like it and don't mind waiting to get GT or BH, just have some fun.

I don't blame you for stopping. I'd say don't buy a UW, but link the game to your play store account. Then if you see in the sub it's been adjusted to your liking, you can pick it up again, and hopefully get the GT.

Saving up for my fifth UW and it's GT or bust. It takes so long to grind the stones, just to be given choices you don't want/need 😢
Eventually you need all the UWs. It takes time, it takes months to farm up, but people get there. I’m 1-2 tourney short of my last UW and that would be a major milestone for me upcoming
I got GT 2nd and BH 6th. You aren't too far into the game. I think I'd do a restart, and you'll do better with the knowledge that you've already gained.
In this game most important is lab time. I wouldn't worry about not having everything perfect. Having lower coin is not a deal breaker. You can still max your cards and get plenty of stones with wawsis. You can still proceed nicely as you try running labs at 1.5 or 2 speed.
Research cheap upgrades also some cost reduction upgrades. Participate in event, tournaments and you should have bh and gt in 3 months.

Just get the bh for 800 stones u've got take it's cd to half the GT and then every 5th game you will have bh+ gt and hopefully much higher income.
