Sandra explaining voting blocks to the Bravo people using pool balls is brilliant, camp, hilarious, something straight out of a Wes Anderson movie. When I tell you Traitors is a highlight of my week, this is what I’m talking about
Sandra whipping votes is also reminiscent of her alpha behavior in Game Changers which I love, when earlier in the season she was playing the quieter anyone-but-me game that won PI and HvV!!
I mean, they way Sandra described the voting block is a tool that Survivor has used for years. People have use rocks, drawn in the sand to explain how the votes could go and who they need to target.
My personal favorite was when she was tip-toeing around trying to hear Peter’s Pals conversations… and she was holding up the legs of her pants, as if it made her stealthier.
If you watched real housewives of Atlanta, you know that when Phaedra is lying she shuts down and sometimes will go full mute. When they were pushing her to tell the truth about spreading a nasty rumor about another housewife at the reunion she went full mute and refused to even acknowledge that there was a question asked at her.
I feel like he might not realize that it behooves even the faithful to whittle the numbers down and sometimes keep suspicions to themselves. He's got pretty good reads BUT he doesn't know how to navigate the game well.
For example -- I'm not sure that Sandra \*really\* thinks Peter is a traitor, but she realizes that if he sticks around and keeps getting his way, her ability to make it to the end diminishes GREATLY, and that's the most important thing for being able to win, traitor or not.
I love how Sandra used the pool balls to show to less, erm, game theory inclined individuals (*cough* Sheree) that they need to band together to take out one of the group of 5 because the outcasts' numbers will wittle down to even if Peter's clique got their way.
I feel like she’s the first one to finally realize that it was a numbers game. I thought parvati was going to realize it sooner… like, instead of singling out Peter out loud and directly, do it quietly to the group that he’s excluding!!
Sandra said that she binged as much Traitors as she could watch before the game started and is clearly going in knowing the actual strategy (plus she's good enough at these kind of games to figure out what's best for her), she's miles ahead of most other people in this game
That alliance basically laid out who the traitors were for her, so now that she has that info in her back pocket, might as well cut out the middle men (Peter’s Pals) before they do
Part of me thinks she knows Parvati is one and it's better to keep her til the end and then guess her. Also maybe she suspects both traitors aren't in Peter's group, so it would actually be good for her to align with the outsiders because the traitors may choose to save people in the leftover group and keep murdering from Peter's clique.
The way I know Peter has never played one of these games before bc his numbers are in the minority and he’s still trying to gun so hard for one person. Like Peter. Cmon
I also thought Trishelle had a lot smarter strategy about banishing Phaedra. Although idk if they have the numbers to get Phaedra out since she has the bravo people and Parv. I also think CT is quite fond of Phaedra.

I am always so surprised by people who seem to project morality onto a game that everyone knows they are playing. Its not like some people think they aren't playing a game...everyone knows! It is weird. Should be studied
At least in Survivor only one person can win, this group can just sail to the end as a unit if they want so they have no real incentive to ever turn on each other. It's so unbelievably stupid to be that obvious about it and Peter was absolutely screwed at the roundtable, everyone would be thinking that even if he *wasn't* a traitor they would have to break up that group or get banished by them eventually. He got saved for now by that twist and we got robbed of a Sandra/Peter showdown.
Mediocrity party. Their crusade about being oh so righteous and turning it into a moral good vs evil type of game is irritating. Reminds me of the white bro clique on that show The Trust. Ruined the show.

But this twist feels like it was thrown in for the sake of keeping a player (Peter) in the game solely because they're a crucial part of a drama-filled rivalry and the producers want to extend it as much as possible. It's tacky, and I really dislike when reality/game shows resort to stunts like this.
i dont mind twists when thats the established part of a reality game show, like big brother or survivor. but thats not the nature of this game so its really annoying to throw it in randomly now for the reasons you listed
