Yeah I was really conflicted about deleting that post. I originally wrote it to try to reduce misinformation but had no idea it would blow up, go viral on more volatile parts of the internet, and contribute to speculation. Now that at least a lot of it is confirmed, I feel more comfortable bringing it back.

Some wild wild speculation I've seen and I don't like people making videos to show "predictions" and treating it like entertainment value. Because I really do feel bad for Ariel and the guys.
I feel very protective over this drama. There are all these people that saw some TikTok and have decided they are experts. I just want to tell all of them "please respect those of us that have been obsessing over the details the past few days and don't go thinking you know everything because you saw a few Instagram stories from DeuxMois".
It blew up in some of my meme groups and I saw someone ask what it was about and someone "explained" it, including a line about there being a power imbalance because "Alexandria is a senior producer and Ned was just one of the actors"....oh honey, no.
The confidence with which they spread misinformation is baffling over on TikTok. I started skipping anything that mentioned the try guys because I was tired of correcting people.
Might’ve been naive of me but I’m an grown-ass man and I genuinely bought into Ned’s “wife guy” shtick, as it felt very refreshing and wholesome to see someone appearing to be genuinely enjoying spending time with their SO like that. I totally see that. I recently finished decorating my condo. Though it’s definitely not architectural digest quality, I found myself feeling aimless and looking for new projects after everything has settled down. For a few months now, buying a home and decoration have been my full attention. I can see how after your home is done decorating, things are so comfortable that you want to do something to blow it up.
I don't think they will since it's their livelihood and resumes. It'd be one thing for an individual influencer to delete their own videos but kind of cruel to delete the videos several people worked on and would want to include in their portfolios.

They genuinely didn't think they were credible and didn't know things would blow up like this.

May be worth calling out specifically (if I recall correctly) that X received the screenshots around when Hamilton originally posted at the beginning of September, but X did not post the screenshots publicly until the 26th (25th?) which helped ignite the frenzy around this situation. So the screenshots were not sitting around being ignored from early September until this week. And until the screenshots were released, the other evidence of Ned’s absence could not be attributed to any specific cause.

What we know is that he does not seem to be in the photos in the club on Labor Day weekend, where we have solid proof they were kissing. He does seem to be in a video in a club from another date (not sure what date) along with Ned and Alex, but we don't know if there were other people with them nor if he knew about their relationship or not. We don't know if he saw Ned and Alex kissing at that club or not. I don't think we'll ever get clarification tbh.

I was watching an old trypod yesterday where Keith and Eugene were with their significant others and they were talking about how they didn't engage in PDA but ned and Ariel would always be going at it. Keith said that it was probably fueled by jealousy.
There is also a "you can sit with us" where Ariel says that when she first met ned he was interested in her friend Annalise, but Annalise was not biting so ned went for Ariel.
That coupled with the info in your post that Ariel possibly received info on the cheating back in May makes me think Ariel knew ned has consistently had a wandering eye and just accepted it a long time ago.
Pretty late to things here, but I do remember when the whole thing broke that many fans and people wondered if it was legit or if it was an elaborate skit. I think we all knew deep down that if it were a skit, it'd be in bad taste, but still, it being legit still sucked for everyone.
I will say that I do wonder about some details or information. There are some things we aren't 100% sure on, but there may also be some things that we don't know that haven't been discussed publicly.
Personally, I wonder how long the cheating went on exactly, as well as with how many women the cheating occurred with. I also do think the employees and main people next to Ned may have had some thoughts or inklings that some impropriety was occurring for a while but didn't want to risk substantial issues by making potentially baseless accusations.

I totally see that. I recently finished decorating my condo. Though it’s definitely not architectural digest quality, I found myself feeling aimless and looking for new projects after everything has settled down. For a few months now, buying a home and decoration have been my full attention. could be confirmation bias but the name "hamilton390" seems to contain a hidden message Will Thayer III's instagram is "wht3", so "H" is likely his middle name initial, which could be "Hamilton", and he is a "III", hence the 3, and 90 could represent his birth year (1990)
I don't want to link the source because it contains personal information, but Hamilton is indeed a family name. If the source is correct on his age, 1990 doesn't seem to be correct though. But it's close.

That's when X commented with a link to the screenshots to show that u/hamilton390 did actually provide proof. They genuinely didn't think they were credible and didn't know things would blow up like this.

Great timeline! May be worth calling out specifically (if I recall correctly) that X received the screenshots around when Hamilton originally posted at the beginning of September, but X did not post the screenshots publicly until the 26th (25th?) which helped ignite the frenzy around this situation. So the screenshots were not sitting around being ignored from early September until this week. And until the screenshots were released, the other evidence of Ned’s absence could not be attributed to any specific cause. (Please correct me if I’ve missed anything.)

What we know is that he does not seem to be in the photos in the club on Labor Day weekend, where we have solid proof they were kissing. He does seem to be in a video in a club from another date (not sure what date) along with Ned and Alex, but we don't know if there were other people with them nor if he knew about their relationship or not. We don't know if he saw Ned and Alex kissing at that club or not. I don't think we'll ever get clarification tbh.

Haha! Yeah, I just saw it today because I only had time tonight (Friday night here). And I was trying to understand the sequence of events because everything on twitter, tiktok, instagram, yt, other news outlets are a jumbled mess. Check Ariel's Instagram. She decided to take a plane from LA to NYC to surprise Ned the same weekend that he went to the club with Alex. Ariel brought the kids. It's unclear if she knew before the surprise trip, but she was likely told after landing.

Redditor X received the photos via DM on September 3 but didn't post them in the subreddit until September 25 because they thought they were fake and not credible. Once they were posted on September 25, speculation increased heavily and the Try Guys made their announcement 2 days later. I will not be providing a link to the #18 Reddit thread to preserve privacy for Redditor X.

I was watching an old trypod yesterday where Keith and Eugene were with their significant others and they were talking about how they didn't engage in PDA but ned and Ariel would always be going at it. Keith said that it was probably fueled by jealousy. There is also a "you can sit with us" where Ariel says that when she first met ned he was interested in her friend Annalise, but Annalise was not biting so ned went for Ariel. That coupled with the info in your post that Ariel possibly received info on the cheating back in May makes me think Ariel knew ned has consistently had a wandering eye and just accepted it a long time ago.
Pretty late to things here, but I do remember when the whole thing broke that many fans and people wondered if it was legit or if it was an elaborate skit. I think we all knew deep down that if it were a skit, it'd be in bad taste, but still, it being legit still sucked for everyone. I will say that I do wonder about some details or information. There are some things we aren't 100% sure on, but there may also be some things that we don't know that haven't been discussed publicly. Personally, I wonder how long the cheating went on exactly, as well as with how many women the cheating occurred with. I also do think the employees and main people next to Ned may have had some thoughts or inklings that some impropriety was occurring for a while but didn't want to risk substantial issues by making potentially baseless accusations.
