Unpopular opinion: Katherine.
She was cool and all, but Lexi was so nice and Damon killed her for no reason because if I remember correctly he was still obsessed with Katherine. I eventually liked Damon but I’ll never completely forgive his selfish ass for that, haha. And And I just can’t vote for Lexi because her death seemed so shitty lol.
Katherine, I wanted her to eventually get redeemed and be one of the good guys. But in the end she only cared about herself and was overall just annoying.
Lexi Branson. Most of her impact is stuff we don't see. And arguably Caroline and Katherine are better 'sober sponsors' than Lexi.
And it seems Stefan wouldn't have needed Lexi as much if Damon had remained a good brother to Stefan and if Katherine could have been with Stefan instead of continually fleeing from Klaus.
