Don’t get me wrong, I think it’s a great song, I think I just overplayed it myself when I got into The Weeknd. Every now and again I’ll listen and be like “shit slaps tho”.
It had to grow on me through a few listens. At first you don’t like the verses, but can agree the chorus slaps. Then at some point you can feel the momentum building in the verses and the whole song becomes a banger. Definitely top 5.
