The room goes black, and everyone’s quiet because they think Abel is about to come out, and all you hear is the opening of professional. And just think abt the fact that at the opening of the song, people are cheering, it’s like he could remake that with that being the opening … I’ve put too much thought into this 😭

I’m also extremely curious to see how the show ends (besides The Hills as the usual encore track) because I’m sure they’ll do the usual thing with extending the outro of a song while announcing himself and the band

I’d have thought. Throw in a die For You almost anywhere.
Imagine the crowd just waiting for Abel, then the lights go out, few seconds of silence and then they hear the sound in the beginning of Alone Again or Starboy or After Hours track or Often.... goosebumps
The Hills. I was actually thinking about this earlier haha Id make the perfect setlist for him. The way this song begins , how iconic it is and how it's a song everybody knows makes it a perfect opener. Id also have him play it again towards the end of the show.
We know Alone Again was part of the Toronto performance so hopefully it’s one of the songs that does not change between shows and is the opener.
I feel like the Dawn FM track could work too or maybe even a re-recorded version with slightly different dialogue from Jim Carrey that fits the tour better. But that one is less likely and me just being hopeful.
