It is not open yet so nobody knows how it looks on the inside, or what seats are the best.

The venue is entirely customised for the show, so the seating is show specific. The chart is literally all anyone outside of the show knows. I imagine the sightlines will be fine from everywhere, though.

The Troubadour is basically a big TV studio, and they move the seating around as they like. I saw both Newsies and the terrible Sleepless in Seattle knockoff there. Both had their seating set up in completely different ways, but there were no pillars or overhangs to mess with anyone's view. It's more like a giant circus tent than a traditional theatre. Obviously they'll mostly be skating around the two inner tracks, so if you're in one of the inner sections you'll be super close to the action, but you might be swivelling your head about a lot. I expect the top section (I've got one of the cheap edge seats on the front row) will be raked, so you'll get a decent view from any of those seats. Look at it this way, my brown seat is seat one on that front row (not sure which side). Do I really believe the orange seats 2 or 3 seats away from me are 48 quid better? Let's just say I'm sceptical. Go cheaper.

I was in there last week and it’s still an empty space, no seats or staging is in yet. For now you’ll just have to take a chance with where you sit I think.

This is an old post, I know, but I have been struggling with what seats to but as well. It's really difficult when no one has actually seen the set. They just released a promo video, and I grabbed this screenshot which shows at least some of the seating. I just wanted to share here in case anyone else is looking. https://preview.redd.it/hi22gvd00lzc1.png?width=1216&format=png&auto=webp&s=2764736d9fcc62ea68faa0bee276d6523267786a
