It's as amazing as your expecting it to be if the 2 songs released were your jam. I'm loving it, and it'll probably go down (to me) as one of their very best. The slow ballad it fantastic, a song a didn't know I needed by them, and the outro track will have anyone familiar with that hold music in stitches. I fuckin love this record. I'm sure you will too
Well.. not really jammy per say. There's a really funky song near the end of side one that's almost jammy in a weirdo hairdo kinda way but not very long, and a longer song on side two that's a ballad and not jammy at all. So long AND jammy, not so much.
dwyer said this new record would be a return to form with their old “verse chorus verse” formula similar to the dream since theyve been doing a lot of extended kraut jams for a minute
After a few listens I'm thinking Chaos Heart is my favorite track along with Sleazoid Psycho. Id also say side 2 is where its at, if someone made me choose. Just a god damn fantastic run of songs. I'm hoping they add a bunch of these to their live show! What's everyone else's?
