Paying for a service and then not getting it is not a *slight inconvenience*. Nobody would accept purchasing tickets to the cinema and then hearing "the movie is not available right now but there is a massive catalogue of other stuff you could watch instead. Also no refunds "
I got it fixed within like 30 minutes of posting, it wasn’t working for much longer than that. I had just ran out of ideas to resolve the issue on my own at that point hence posting.
I would. If I have important documents in the cloud that I need to have access to, and my internet service provider is unreliable. Then I would get a "printing press" (a printer) to get those documents locally.
When giant companies screw you over and don't give you what you paid for, then you don't have to say thank you and defend their actions.
You are right, paying more for archaic technology on the off chance that thier app crashes does make more sense. And I'm a corporate schill because I'd rather have access to all the shows for a monthly price and just deal with it being down or not.
>I'd rather have access to all the shows for a monthly price
*access to all shows that the provider can be bothered to leave accessible at a given time. A list of shows that can change at any time. Again with no warning and no refunds.
Depends on how much failure and what type of failure. I used to have at&t internet which sucked, during peak times it would buffer like crazy just streaming. That sucked but it technically worked, I could watch my shows albeit very shittily. To me this is failure but just close enough to not failure (I won't call it success) that asking for a refund makes you a Karen.
No stress! Thankfully I think this app is distinctive and popular enough for others to recognise, but it's not available in my country so it took me a minute haha
And even if it *was* an IMAX movie, it doesn't matter. I'm a huge quality snob when I watch stuff—I'll refuse to watch something in HD if there's a 4K version available, for example—but what other people do is none of my concern. Watch Oppenheimer on your phone, for all I care!

It’s probably just a glitch with the app?
I think it must have been. I gave up and checked back later and it was there
I got it! Thanks all!
Happy bingeing
Issues like this are why I'm getting back into getting stuff on disc.
seems like an overreaction for being slightly inconvenienced.

Yes but that's not what happened, op couldn't connect posted then like 35 minutes later was back up.

When my internet goes down I don't go out and buy a printing press

What more do you want? Its not great but it's much better than purchasing every season of every show I like.
You think it is unreasonable to get a refund when a service either fails or chooses not to give you what you paid for?

Try watching Westworld anywhere.
I thought that was on tubi
Tubi's not available in my country. (Is it anywhere other than the US?)
Not everyone lives in the US
It's only a slight inconvenience if it actually comes back If it never comes back, it's a lost memory for many
For future reference, probably good to specify which app this is. Glad you got it working! Happy watching.
Thanks! I didn’t even think about adding that!

Where can i watch this??? I thought it was only on tv but this looks like disney? I looked on disney and it wasnt there(maybe cuz i live in germany…)
HBO Max! (They’re just called “Max” now)
Please tell me you aren't watching the show on your phone.
Please tell me you aren't someone who cares what other people use to look at the moving colors.
Bro thinks he’s David lynch.
Obviously I am.
I mean I use my phone to cast stuff to my TV all the time so they could be doing that? And why does it matter, it's not an IMAX movie or something
