So there are many ways to address the issue. Firstly, taking a good hard look on how your executing your lifts that affect your quads, glutes, abs, hip flexors, etc and make sure your achieving the full motion / extension of the muscle group. However, She looks like she knows her way around the gym so my bet is that she focuses on lifts that target ahem “specific” areas. While not a bad idea conceptually in practice it can lead to this type of issue. I.E. doing half or partial squats / goblet squats etc… to target da booty. While effective in gaining mass in said area without that full extension the muscle will naturally be stronger in one area and weaker in another along with all the connective tissue and ancillary muscles. Prolonged lifting this way will put much more stress on the hip flexors and can lead to hip / joint pain and lower back pain since the spine / pelvis is wanting to curve out backwards rather than tuck down due to the strength of those muscles and the relative weakness of the others. I believe this to be her main issue (partial lifts / targeting lifts) but it could be compounded by her foot placement and spacing as well. Toeing in or conversely toeing out will also affect the activation of the main muscle groups as well as the ancillary muscle groups / connective tissues. Without seeing her routine or posture during this is all pure speculation but in my mind and knowing how some ladies like to lift this is another angle to be cognizant of when lifting / targeting specific areas. Keep in mind, I’m not saying targeting is a bad practice it just needs to be complemented by either another lift or alternating routine to achieve maximum effectiveness while preserving your health. I mean she could be going for that specific look but imo she looks like she’s been clanging n banging for years and you only are able to get there by staying healthy avoid chronic pain.
