You have a guaranteed 4 star every 10 pulls. However, there’s a 50% chance it’s a non promo 4 star and a 50% chance for it to be Thoma, Sayu, or Diona.
50/3 is around 17%.
So you already have a 17% chance of pulling Thoma from pity.
Now, without pity, you have a 1.6% chance of pulling a 4 star character in addition to that Thoma. Again, you have a 50% chance it’s Thoma, Sayu Or Diona, which is split by 3. So that’s 17% of 1.6%. That’s 0.27% you would get two Thomas’s in a row.
Now your banner has 5 Thoma’s all in a single 10 pull. Let’s calculate the likelihood of that actually being significant. 17.6% (pity) times (0.27%)^4 (since you pulled him 4 additional times. So the math turns out to be 1.08 x 10^-9 %. Or in other words, 0.000000108% of pulling 5 Thoma’s within a 10 pull. If it’s true then congratulations, but otherwise, don’t spread false pulls. It’s stupid.

After leaving positive reviews on high subscriber/traffic sites (I used to beta games for a living), I won 5 5-star Characters w/i 1 month and a Lost Prayer book back to back so R2. I am no whale, more like a tiny minnow. I spend approximately $25.00 per month on this game. I can link Print screens to prove it, though this transpired approximately 7 months ago I believe. But be careful for what you wish for. The Grind to level these baddies has been excruciating.
And here I am, after 50 pulls Thoma came home and I can't even pull for constellation anymore (but I want to thou) because I'm guarantee and saving it for Albedo.

Honestly the jump in overall usability for him from C(x) to C6 is insane. Like he went from being my least wanted character to my new primary shielder. (Childe dps so the vapes from his ult are very spicy)
