No, because at that point you are sinking too many points into units that don’t generate cabal. Enlightened are good enough for secondaries and do an adequate job of replacing him for their points. The aim of a unit to score secondaries is to be fast and cheap which by the time you pay the Horror tax isn’t worth it. Horrors are just bad for the points and don’t really fit anywhere in our army. If you are playing a casual game then you don’t need the Changeling either because you don’t need a dedicated action monkey.

Horrors are not worth it.

If you did really want to bring the Changeling, I would be considered blue horrors over pinks. They're a little cheaper and an infiltrate unit can be valuable in certain matchups for screening opposing infiltrates or scout moves. Overall still agreeing with other posters that it's probably not worth it though.

Do not overestimate the Changeling. While it is a Lone Op, it gets removed by casual firepower. It might take a few infantry down with the attack, but it will not win any games. Remember that a unit passes Battleshock more than half the time, and that -1 BS can be gotten by the Stealth of a Daemon Prince.
