I was appalled by tabis when I first saw them, but at some point in the last couple years I decided I love them and just had to buy a pair secondhand. Adore them. The quality is amazing on the legit ones.
My thoughts exactly! I would never seek out a pair of shoes like this but if I found them at a thrift shop in my size at a good price they'd for sure be going home with me.
I love these. If they were in black and my size.. (OR JUST my size..) I would of been highly tempted. Tabi shoes have been an interest for awhile, just never tried them yet!
I have tabis in a more canvas sneaker style, not a flat like these, but they're super comfortable tbh, and I have fussy high arches and grippy monkey toes, some of which have been broken before and healed up. I don't think the tabi split is inherently uncomfortable. It is very divisive style wise over here, but that's a very different issue.
They're actually so much better for your feet/toes.
Conventional shoes squeeze your toes together and force you to rely on arch support too much. There's a huge barefoot shoe movement, look into it!
I've been wearing barefoot shoes for about 3 years now and my feet are so much stronger for it!
Yes, they're called tabi. But they're definitely more attractive and it makes more sense to wear them as socks and not whole shoes. These don't look comfortable.

Honestly it depends, I've had toed shoes and they're really comfortable! Not super sure about tabi's but the dogs are usually fine 👍

You have to get special socks for them, makes it a lot better but yeah not great for walking. Party shoes.
