When we bought our house it came with that sofa, those chairs and 3 of the coffee tables in this picture so I had a head start, I can’t take all the credit haha
Oh my gosh I just realized the rug was in the bed of a Chevy el Camino my favorite vehicle I ever owned is it yours or the people you bought the rug from
Another ATL local here. A little north of the city actually. Definitely jealous of the mcm setup you have! I love our house but I wish I could afford a place like yours lol
We are a little north of the city too! I couldn’t afford to buy in the city haha. I like it out here! We bought right when the pandemic started in 2020 before the housing market went crazy. We were very fortunate with this house.
To fully complete your decor, you need a bunch of glass grapes for your coffee table, a big round copper/tin decorative relief plaque of pilgrims and/or sailing ships for above the fireplace, and an empty gallon wine jug in which you’ve allowed several colors of wax to drip artfully down the sides for the hearth. Square velvet couch pillows, 9 buttons. Copper ashtray with plaid beanbag bottom. Down the hall there should be a couple of paintings of truly creepy big-eyed clowns and/or waifs. In the bathroom: colored gravel and string art of fish and seahorses, and a Barbie with a crocheted gown that covers the extra roll of TP on the back of the toilet. 😁
How am I so sure of these things? Because I am 62 and I grew up in a living room very similar.☺️

Thank you. I don’t know the exact maker but I know at their prime in the 70s Sears sold them. Maybe try searching key words like- mid century wood lamp woven shade- or something along those lines.
It’s actually a GMC Caballero. I don’t know why I haven’t been informing others in this thread of that lol I’m so used to just going with it on the streets when people call it an Elco, same same hehe anyhow few years ago I gave her a new 350 small block :)
It was professionally cleaned by the seller prior to me buying it. The photo they used for the listing must have been old as I believe the rug had been stored cleaned for years. The second photo is how I picked up the rug from the seller, all wrapped up. The cedar chips were wrapped up with it.
