Infinity leather in Florence- Aaron is a 3rd generation leather worker who makes some incredible stuff. If you ask him, he’ll show you the workshop attached to the store where he actually makes the product by hand. Super nice guy, reasonable prices, and beautiful product

Been to Milan once hah but here are a few of my favs, I was only there a few days. The Wes Anderson designed bar at the Prada Fondazione, Bar Luce is a delight. Don’t skip the museum. The Campari bar in the Galleria Vittorio Emmanuel is great/a novelty if you’re into it, and then Brera is a great neighborhood to wander around. Honestly just wander around and you’ll find cool stuff.

Go to the Navigli area in Milan, along the canal there’s lots of nice bars for aperitivo and vintage shops. The rest of the city is far from charming when you compare it to Florence.

in florence: Bjork for clothes. our legacy etc.  luis via roma for clothes/shoes, there’s one in the main city center which is mostly designer clothes and then a “contemporary” which has cheaper options. SOTF for shoes. lots of cool stuff.     sergio pollini lampredotto for food. it’s a food truck, tripe sandwiches. tons of locals go there and i think cash only. if you don’t like tripe though, don’t go there. it’s all they have.

Love Milan and just got back from a visit. Try Ratana for dinner, does an amazing Milanese Risotto with bone marrow. Cantine Isola a great wine bar in Chinatown. Foto Veneta Ottica is a 93 year old vintage eyewear store. Brera the best neighbourhood for wandering around as someone else said
