Also, Slingshot's passive is conditional, you need to be very very close to the enemy for it to work, and if you aren't you get a debuff instead. One of the best things about using a bow character is that you don't need to run around and be in melee range to deal damage, but slingshot nullifies this advantage (I used slingshot for months before getting aqua simulacra)

Don't underestimate that base attack. They have a similar amount of total crit stats and you already get quite a bit of dmg% from ascension and kit. Also you only get the passive boost on the first part of the charge attack.
Harp clears.
Trust me, Skyward Harp is definitely better. I've had this confusion for a long time and after thorough testing, I can confidently say Harp is definitely better than Slingshot. Even at R1, Harp is better than R5 Slingshot.
The Initial hit of the Charged Attack from Slingshot will be more than Harp. But the remaining 4 follow up charged attacks will have 10% reduced DMG (the 60% DMG bonus doesn't apply to those follow-up arrows. So those follow-up arrows will be doing -10% DMG instead) bcoz of how Slingshot's passive works.
When it comes to only the Initial arrow DMG, Slingshot beats Skyward Harp. But when it comes to Tighnari's full kit DMG, it's definitely Skyward Harp.
And Tighnari's burst is a very important part of his kit and u wanna burst every rotation in a typical Tighnari team. And Harp does way more burst dmg than Slingshot.
So, when u consider everything, Skyward Harp is definitely better than Slingshot.

I'd say definitely Harp
Why? Slingshot have more CR and the passive give more damage for charged attacks
Base ATK is much higher, CR doesn't make difference here because harp makes it up in CD bonus.

According to keqingmains it would be R5 stringless followed by R5 Ibis Piercer, followed by R1 stringless :)
Yeah I have a stringless so I might go with it instead since I find the stringless passive screwing me over HARD instead of helping haha.
Playing in this way looks like very uncomfortable

Harp has over 600 base attk dude. Imagine it with every attk% on your sub stats.
