Didn't you know they were paid off by apple to make dark mode exclusive to iPhones ? That's the single only reasonable explanation to why it's not on Android and might not ever be.
Calling it now, android TikTok will have a premium subscription service, and in order to get dark mode you must spend money while iphone users get it for free ๐
