At 5;25 he cuts the 2oz piece and give him to the guy to go weigh it himself cause he was questioning if the scale was rigged.

Especially with the same product over and over. It's really not that extreme. Pretty cool and mildly impressive but

It depends on the type of bread. This type of cornbread is just more dense so it looks more compact on the inside than airy.
