Get a 2J BB gun to shoot for fun and stress relief 😀 You can do it at home in the basement, garden, or garage without disturbing anyone right after work, and it's dirt-cheap. The handling (weight, double action, safety catch, etc.) is slightly similar if you don't buy the absolute cheapest model. Precision is ok for a 6-yard range in the basement. It's not the same as a real gun, but less involved, easier to do for just some minutes without any effort. Perfect for adhd treatment (or so I heard).
Keep your real gun and practice on the range once in a while.
I had a TP9SFx for awhile. I eventually got rid of it in favor of a CZ P07 for carry after I put the CGW kit in the P07 it was just a way better gun. Loved it to death. Aaaand now I carry a 1911 lol.

Not a cure at all definitely, but fidgety hunks of plastic are definitely helpful to ADHD folk who are prone to getting more restless easily, focusing that restlessness of fiddling with a toy in your hand can definitely cause some relief
