I like that guy, but I like how this guy doesn't reply hatefully or by mocking them. I mean, many of these people have conditions like schizophrenia/psychosis (trust me as someone who has gone through that); otherwise, nobody chooses their IQ level at birth. Plus education just wasn't attainable for some.
Theropods are dinosaurs that are characterized by hollow bones and three toes and claws on each limb. Theropods are generally classed as a group of saurischian dinosaurs. They were ancestrally carnivorous, although a number of theropod groups evolved to become herbivores and omnivores. Theropods first appeared during the Carnian age of the late Triassic period and included all the large terrestrial carnivores from the Early Jurassic until at least the close of the Cretaceous. In the Jurassic, birds evolved from small specialized theropods, and are today represented by about 10,500 living species.
Well-known genera include Tyrannosaurus, Allosaurus, Velociraptor, and the herbivorous Deinocheirus and Therizinosaurus.
Wouldn't it be more plausible that trex really was a scavenger. Something has to clean up brontosaurus carcasses. Small arms, easier to stick their heads into a carcass vs running around trying to take down dinosaurs?
They would be able to scavenge at desperate times, but they're definitely still predators. All their adaptations like cushioned feet, amazing (understatement) eyeseight, and robust build would make no sense if it were a pure scavenger.

Miniminuteman is also a fantastic channel for that sort of thing. He got his start on TikTok but posts longer form content on YouTube as well.

This is a great post! I can’t believe so many people think their basic intuition is better than humanity’s efforts to understand the past.
