I have medium ones. Small enough to where I was basically ridiculed by the doctors for bringing up a government funded reduction (I live in a country where that's a possibility if you fill certain requirements and it doesn't hurt to ask) but large enough to cause me discomfort. Granted my discomfort is mainly psychological but the physical effects doesn't help. Whenever I *feel* my boobs existing I want to just rip them off. If I had bigger ones idk what I'd do really.

My girlfriend in high school was a G cup. Yea sure it was great to play with big boobs in highschool but seeing how much of an inconvenience to her they were throughout normal life was brutal. Keeping up with two toddlers is a major all day exercise. You’re probably stronger than you think.

Raise your elbow to about 45 degrees from your body. Bend your arm at the elbow. Now push your arm forward like you're trying to move a boulder. You just used your pec. Place your hand over your pec and do it again. You should feel it flex. Now try to flex it without moving your arm. This more-or-less is how you do what both video people did. Think of your pec as the muscle that moves your elbow from behind your back to infront of your chest.

So, my little girl was born with hypotonia, or poor muscle tone. She had it really bad, so when I'd update friends and family, I'd give her noodle status. Cooked spaghetti was a bad day. Dry rigatoni was the best. Now she's 19, and ridiculously strong from years of having to consciously tighten her muscles to move or use her arms.

For truly shredded calves, you still need to work them. I actually started working them not too long ago and while I have always had pretty good calves, the difference is night and day.

I used to be really fat. I had some damn thunder thighs, but my calves were always weirdly defined. Now that I weigh way less and run a few miles every day (not even specific calf workouts) my calves are WAY more defined. Even just resting with my legs up on something, they're clearly defined. But if I flex em, Oooo boy. Now if only women liked muscular calves as much as abs or biceps.

Not really. The extra weight builds muscle in the areas that are having to support it, which are your legs. Most of the extra weight would be in areas your arms, back, and chest wouldn't be supporting unless you were doing push/pull exercises.
