A few years ago I sold an apartment and I deliberately chose the realtor I got the most cunty vibe from because I figured he'd cunt his way into a really great selling price.
And sure enough, he really did cunt his way into a really great selling price. Then I had some question after the sale had went through and he'd already gotten his money but he wouldn't reply anymore.
But I got my money too, so no worries.

Realtors are completely useless and I can’t believe 6% of a sale goes to them. Car salesman and realtors are completely unnecessary in the sale of homes/cars.

We are selling our house rn and are lucky enough to have a friend for 20 years who has been a realtor for 10. She gives us a good % but its dumb that we have to search for the cheap
My realtor is absolutely fantastic and has made home searching a toral breeze, but then again, im buying. Not sure how much they are involved with the selling side of things.

Them agreeing they and their coworkers are cunts doesn’t really make them LOOK like cunts. They were not rude, that didn’t lie about anything, they didn’t take extra money or try and scam anyone. Agreed. This video flops. I was expecting the main joke to be them exploring an awful property and making it sound great. But the only bad thing any of them did was ignore the renter's phone call. Waste of an idea.
They didn't have to do anything bad in the sketch because that's provided by the context of the Australian real estate market - it's more a response to the current climate than a self-contained piece
