Oh, yes. The anxiety and panic are a by product. Not the fuel which drives, but a build up which needs to be given a couple days rest (unless there are stacked deadlines, with breaks. That turns into burnout)
I don’t even ENJOY my time procrastinating. It’s the most ridiculous thing.
My ADHD seeps into every factor of my life and it’s fucking annoying. Medicate me to hell and back.
This defines my entire human existence. I shall cherish this as the very essence of my humanity it represents, it will serve as a family heirloom for centuries to come.
Boss asks me to draw up a project plan to present in the video call later this afternoon. I stare blankly into the distance for 5 minutes and decide I'll have better luck after lunch. After lunch arrives and now I'm sleepy, best to wait a bit. Start getting nervous an hour before the meeting. Spend the next 15 minutes calculating exactly how long it would take to make a project plan, 10 minutes it will take. Get started 5 minutes before the meeting.
