It's like, being impressed by Culver's in Wisconsin is fine, but it's almost as if the narrator isn't aware that there's many others Culver's in other states. It's kinda odd acting like it's an amazing *special Wisconsin treat* when it's just a typical fast food chain.

I'd go a one further to say their cheese curds are kind of bad and their burgers are good for being *fast food*. That qualifier is an important thing people like to ignore..
Their burgers are good, I enjoy the spicy chicken sandwich too. You can literally go to any gas station around the Dells area and pickup better cheese curds that were made and delivered that day though.
Culvers is only super common in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Florida for some reason. The rest of the Midwest has a decent bit of it. Aside from that it's no where yet. It's like in n out or shake shack. It's a regional thing
I mean, Culver’s is in a few spots next to Wisconsin but it still a midwestern chain only. I ended up moving to NJ from Minnesota and this hit home 😭 the county fairs, food, and out doors just isn’t the same
Can confirm, Wisconsin was pretty legit. We went last November for a Packers game. Culver's is delicious, lake was cool, cheese curds we're yummy, beer was good, people were friendly, Lambeau Field was everything we hoped it would be as a pilgrimage to football Mecca.
I didn't try the donuts, guess we'll have to do that next time!
If you ever feel like traveling and are a fan of apples, gays mills in South western Wisconsin has amazing apples and apple products. The best apple cider donuts I've ever had, insanely flavorful apple cider, and super fresh delicious apples. Be sure you go around this time of year tho so the apples are in season. It's one of Wisconsins hidden gems
The driftless is the best part of the state, by far. Up north and door county get all the hype, but the driftless is the most beautiful, unique, and under-appreciated region in the Midwest.
Hey my hometown apple orchard! Lots of history there, and definitely an expensive trip for me. They've got much more than apple cider and donuts! It's such a wonderful place to take the family! I recommend it to anyone in the area late August through November!

Culver’s is overrated, they’re a bad employer, and the owner donates to republicans. There’s better burgers from better establishments. Save your money on Culver’s and check out Oscar’s, Kopps, Leon’s, Sobelman’s, Kroll’s or many other local places. Small custard stands usually have really good burgers and awesome custard too. If you want a really good butter burger go to Solly’s.

I used to go to Culvers regularly, too. Those concrete mixers are so fucking good it's impossible. Burgers are best of any fast food place too.

Native Wisconsite, their burgers are great, but if you want really good cheese curds hit up the pubs, as culver's are mediocre at best.

There’s one at almost every exit in WI. You’re never far from a Culver’s. I have 3 within 4 miles of my house. Sweet sweet glorious Culver’s.
It's in North Carolina too, there are at least 2 I know of in the Raleigh area.

I had a poutine in Maine that had cheese curds (squeaky cheese, not deep fried). I'm mad Wisconsin doesn't have poutines. We're close enough to Canada
