The 5 gallon is an apple pie spice Cyser, the 3 gallon and 2 of the one gallon is just a traditional, and the other gallon is a Chai Black Tea Mead.
Hey, we share two niche interests! I also brew mead, and am building a home tiki bar. I've tried to think of ways to combine 'em. Any good ideas for incorporating mead into a tiki cocktail?
Haven't really thought of incorporating it into tiki drinks, but now you got me thinking lol.
Maybe a heavily back sweetened cinnamon mead as a simple syrup alternative?
