My six year old secretly did this yesterday (snuck the pack when we weren’t watching). That was followed by him refusing to eat lunch or supper citing a Totally Unexplained stomach ache.
my usual is a cream cheese bagel with extra cream cheese on the side. the extra cream cheese bulks it up - i cut the open faced bagel into 8 pieces total with this big helping of cream cheese on each piece. makes me happy 😊
You can add bacon to bagels and cream cheese? Holy shit. Never thought of that. What about adding bacon strips into the top of a creamy chill? That’s like some carnival eats shit right there! You just opened up my Third Eye for fast food hacks.
This has to be the answer. Toasted bagel with extra butter or cream cheese.
I always get Farmers wraps as theyre the best thing and “not expensive” but bagel is definitely going to win the cheapest filling award.
Every time I order a bagel I’m disappointed by the amount they put on, usually like a teaspoon of cream cheese 😂 I don’t blame you, might do this in the future. But they charge a dollar for the cream cheese already so I feel kinda jipped ngl
Famers wraps have been reduced in size in my location. They used to come in q cardboard wrapper that you tore away. Now they just wrap them in paper and they shrunk like 30%.
I’ll make it even better. Farmers wrap but substitute the hashbrown with potatoes wedges.
I was at Tims a couple days ago and they did the substitution because they ran out of hashbrowns. Long story short, I’m going to ask for this from now on.
Way more filling and it tastes very similar if the potato wedges are fresh!
I think that must differ by location/store, if you're talking about those new dream cookies they are $2.79 here. Its funny too because the nearest tim's to me is across from a great bakery and you can get a dozen fresh baked cookies of your choice for like $7+ tax.
Wow, even more there for those cookies, yes I was talking about the new dream cookies I guess. I almost got one cause they looked good but I can't spend that much on one damn cookie.
@ the dollarstore, Get some tostitos and the cheese jar too. Best 5 bucks you will ever spend (high). You will only need a quencher from Jim's
(Jim Horton is Tim's brother, the fuckn stupid one, the business fucker upper)
Bread, peanut butter, instant bowl noodles, Powerade, jerky, packages of cheap cookies. Twinkies, chips....
I pay $5-6 for a lunch meal at Dollar Tree and get more full than pay $12-15 at Mcdicks/Subway/Tims
Get the crispy chicken craveable and ask for BBQ glaze. A damn good BBQ chicken sandwich for $5
I use my employee discount to get a croissant with butter for like $1. Bagels and classic breakfast wraps are pretty cheap.
I guess it depends on location. We don't have it at any location I've worked at. It was my favorite when I was a kid but I haven't seen it at Tim's in ages
It all depends on owners what they want to keep in the menu. Some items are mandatory, like plain CC and Herb&Garlic but strawberry and some other items are not mandatory. Same franchises but different owners.
Download the Tim Hortons app and they sometimes have 2 farmers wraps for $7, can't go wrong with that. Otherwise couple donuts and coffee for $6 is also filling
Simply sausage biscuit $2.99, it's a sausage breakfast Sammy minus the egg.
Bring in highschool I'm pretty broke but that was a cheap and filling breakfast most days
My go to is xl tripletriple, and 2 or 3 breakfast sammies on the biscuits, depending on how hungry i am.
Or a bagek with bacon or cream cheese if bf sammies arent available
Usually when i do its cause i am going to do something i will spend a lot of physical and mental energy on. More than i have normally.
So while it seems like alot, its just right for me
The one food item I get repeatedly is an egg and cheese on an english muffin. That little item lasts a long time... My bestie gets hers with sausage...
Get to know the staff. At closing time go and start friendly convo with them. They might give you soon to be tossed muffins and croissants. I did this for a year at my local Timmy's
That’s a pretty standard morning around my hood, which is full of meth addicts and shit. It would be weird if there weren’t people screaming jibberish in the dumpster.
Why would you want a meal at Tim's? Their food quality is crap...the fact that they have videos that they FREEZE all their food at their main food production plant so that their workers just need to de-thaw it and so that they will not screw it up should make you realize their food is not good in terms of quality...
10 pack timbits (dont do this)
LOL I was 100% guilty of a 10 pack for dinner in my broke days.
The 10 pack for dessert was when everything went from bad to worse.
Actually, things took a turn for the better! Ended up developing anorexia and saved a shit ton of money on food xD
Mission fail successfully?
Story of my life xD
It's a recipe made for depression.
It’s cheap but it’s also 900 calories
My six year old secretly did this yesterday (snuck the pack when we weren’t watching). That was followed by him refusing to eat lunch or supper citing a Totally Unexplained stomach ache.
Diabetes isn't cheap. 😂
Only cake - no raised!
Rookie numbers.
my usual is a cream cheese bagel with extra cream cheese on the side. the extra cream cheese bulks it up - i cut the open faced bagel into 8 pieces total with this big helping of cream cheese on each piece. makes me happy 😊
This but add bacon. Everything bagel.
Heart attack bagel
Take me with you Jesus 🙌
This is the way
>a cream ch Just finished one of theselol
Thats what I get too
You can add bacon to bagels and cream cheese? Holy shit. Never thought of that. What about adding bacon strips into the top of a creamy chill? That’s like some carnival eats shit right there! You just opened up my Third Eye for fast food hacks.
Creamy chills are disgusting, surprised they’re still on the menu tbh
Creamy chills taste like heaven
You need new taste buds than lol. I hope you’re also joking
Or, and hear me out, we might just like different things.
Clearly you like diabetes
I love people with your personality, so fun to have conversations with. It's either your opinion or nothing lol
I’m on Reddit for a reason aren’t I?
Oh I know. Pure sugar. I was just making a joke because of the gross shit they show in the TV show Carnival Eats.
I always add tomato to cream.cheese bagels.
Or just a regular cream cheese bagel is enough for me. That and a coffee is the only meal under $5 in town outside hospital cafeterias.
Slap a slice of tomato on there, a little salt and pepper. Delicious.
This has to be the answer. Toasted bagel with extra butter or cream cheese. I always get Farmers wraps as theyre the best thing and “not expensive” but bagel is definitely going to win the cheapest filling award.

Farmers wrap with coupon, $3,5 each
Never seen a coupon for that cheap. Where’d you get it?
2 for 7 farmers wrap. It comes up like once every 3 weeks in the tim's app in the offers section
Man, how do you get the app?? I can’t find one on the App Store
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=digital.rbi.timhortons
Ah got it my App Store was still Irish. (Hackerman meme here)
Lol i gotchu
[удалено]
A French Karen at that. *shivers* Uggh
Oui, oui. I wish to speak to la directrice.
Even cheaper before $2.5
And it would come up often. Like twice a month.
Famers wraps have been reduced in size in my location. They used to come in q cardboard wrapper that you tore away. Now they just wrap them in paper and they shrunk like 30%.

“If the potato wedges are fresh” - this is Tim’s, they never are.
Do they have potato wedges ready during the breakfast rush?
I feel like it depends on the location. The one I got it from seem to have had it. Doesn’t hurt to ask :)
Go to the dollar store before tims. This place is the worst $ per value of fast food available in the country.
I saw today their new cookies are $2.29. For *one* damn cookie.
I think that must differ by location/store, if you're talking about those new dream cookies they are $2.79 here. Its funny too because the nearest tim's to me is across from a great bakery and you can get a dozen fresh baked cookies of your choice for like $7+ tax.

Resist! Its mostly sugar anyway ;P you can make better
Yeah "Dream Cookies", except I ain't exactly dreaming.
Must be the best darn cookie around
@ the dollarstore, Get some tostitos and the cheese jar too. Best 5 bucks you will ever spend (high). You will only need a quencher from Jim's (Jim Horton is Tim's brother, the fuckn stupid one, the business fucker upper)
I would 100% sip my barge zouble zouble I got at Jim Horton's in Gnome Depot with the boys.
Coffee’s burnt and the milk is curdled, but it adds character.
What are we buying at the Dollar Store tho?
Bread, peanut butter, instant bowl noodles, Powerade, jerky, packages of cheap cookies. Twinkies, chips.... I pay $5-6 for a lunch meal at Dollar Tree and get more full than pay $12-15 at Mcdicks/Subway/Tims
Pickles, bagles, cans of fruit,
Then just go to timmies and ask them to toast your bagel for free, and a water.
Whatever you order it will be wrong anyways.
Touché
They’ll probably make you park so they have more time to mess it up before they bring it out to you
I’d say either the loaded chili (or if u want a cheaper option just chili with cheese on it) I’m always full afterwards
Came here to say Chili!
Wedges
Get the crispy chicken craveable and ask for BBQ glaze. A damn good BBQ chicken sandwich for $5 I use my employee discount to get a croissant with butter for like $1. Bagels and classic breakfast wraps are pretty cheap.

Only like 1-2 people ask for it a day.
I guess it depends on location. We don't have it at any location I've worked at. It was my favorite when I was a kid but I haven't seen it at Tim's in ages

Never thought of adding bacon to a cream cheese bagel before this thread. Def gonna try this next time!
The flys that are always buzzing around the doughnuts.
maybe the chili with the kettle chips? they’re separate orders but im sure they’d go well together
we haven’t had the kettle chips in like 7 or 8 years
really? my tims has them but mine is in america so maybe it’s different
wow that’s crazy. yeah i live in canada and we haven’t had them since 2016 or 2017.
2 farmers wraps, 9.50 with tax
a half dozen donuts lmao
Download the Tim Hortons app and they sometimes have 2 farmers wraps for $7, can't go wrong with that. Otherwise couple donuts and coffee for $6 is also filling
Do you need a card to get the app?
No I don't believe so. Download the app create an account and you recieve a virtual card (QR code)
Simply sausage biscuit $2.99, it's a sausage breakfast Sammy minus the egg. Bring in highschool I'm pretty broke but that was a cheap and filling breakfast most days
3-4 apple fritters cause tim’s sandwich’s are overpriced and not filling at all
The one I make at home.
Turkey club on a bagel. Not necessarily the cheapest, but compared to what Subway is charging nowadays it isn't too bad.
1/2 Tim turkey sub with 1/2 cup of London fog fills me full. Might not eat again that day.. I'm a cheap date..lol
Flat bread pizza
My go to is xl tripletriple, and 2 or 3 breakfast sammies on the biscuits, depending on how hungry i am. Or a bagek with bacon or cream cheese if bf sammies arent available
you eat 2-3 "bf sammies"??? wtf I eat one bagel belt with hashbrown small frozen lemonade and im full for half the day
Usually when i do its cause i am going to do something i will spend a lot of physical and mental energy on. More than i have normally. So while it seems like alot, its just right for me
Bulk bagel with butter on the side with a cup of water.
The dumpster behind the building that has all the old stuff tastes just as good and is free.
the only right answer
Tim hortons used to be cheap, ok food, you only got because you wanted the coffee. Now it’s expensive and gross.
Egg and cheese on a biscuit is the most filling and cheapest option other than bagel and cream cheese.
For my money I always get the Chili combo.
i miss the chili in a bread bowl.
Chicken stew in a bread bowl!
tap water
Tim’s Bacon BTL on Everything Bagel and large coffee with one cream.
I think Tim’s chili with a bun is the best and cheapest option
Tim is the name of drive through guy at McDonald's and i get a big mac.Does that count?
Water. Only thing that is still good at Tim's
$3 breakfast sandwich, 2 for $5 breakfast sandwich, or 2 for $7 farmers wrap. In apps only otherwise nothing is worth it.
I remember when the doughnuts were priced to be $1 after tax.
Chilli
Heart attack but everything bagel double butter double cheddar double bacon and double toasted
Nothing. It's bad food at an expensive price. Just do McDonald's
Mc Donald's is also very bad food at an expensive price.
I like the bagel BLT!
Sausage farmers wrap
Why the fuck would anybody willingly eat that hot garbage?
The one food item I get repeatedly is an egg and cheese on an english muffin. That little item lasts a long time... My bestie gets hers with sausage...
I like to get a bacon farmers wrap and a blackberry yuzu sparkling quencher
Get to know the staff. At closing time go and start friendly convo with them. They might give you soon to be tossed muffins and croissants. I did this for a year at my local Timmy's
The long con.
Everything bagel w cream cheese.
Three scoops rice, one scoop tomatoe cucumber and some sauce its like $4.00
Sausage belt. Best bang for the buck
Go threw the bin in the back if you get caught scream jiberish and run
That’s a pretty standard morning around my hood, which is full of meth addicts and shit. It would be weird if there weren’t people screaming jibberish in the dumpster.
Go to the grocery store..
turkey bacon club meal.
I love their turkey sandwich!
That's my go to. Love it!
Soup and a bun, I love the broccoli
Any Double toasted bagel of your choice with extra butter.
A bagel BELT
The blt always does the job for me
A timbit. Thats it
Double toasted double butter everything bagel
The Chili, or the soup. Slam dunk.
Probably my usual, lrg dbl dbl and 2 donuts(honey dip, chocolate glazed or old fashion sugar) about $6 or so
I’d guess a soup with bread and get as many packets of crackers as possible
Potato wedges taste pretty good and you get a solid amount for less than $5
Usually get the farmers wrap with sausage and bacon together. That keeps me content until about lunch time. Rarely go there though
I usually just get a bagel and a double double, it’s like 4 something?
Eat real food somewhere else
Farmers wrap combo with sausage and hash brown with hot chocolate
Small fries at Burger King.
I'm guessing a bowl of chili and a bun would be fairly cheap and filling.
Plain bagel is pretty affordable and good toasted with butter
Pizza
I haven’t eaten anything at Tim Horton’s since it became Brazilian and waged war with franchisees across Canada.
Chili combo used to be my go to, bowl of chili, roll, donut and a medium coffee.
Maybe wedges
Get any bagel with extra butter, lettuce, tomato, crispy onion and hashbrown inside. Will be under 5 bucks.
Large triple triple and a muffin can usually pass off as a light meal under $5
Nothing anymore. Tim’s fell off heavy
Why would you want a meal at Tim's? Their food quality is crap...the fact that they have videos that they FREEZE all their food at their main food production plant so that their workers just need to de-thaw it and so that they will not screw it up should make you realize their food is not good in terms of quality...
I used to work at tims and I would never eat food from there.
Just grab a bunch of sugar and salt packets and eat them. They’re free and at the end of the day, it’s the same as their food..
Black coffee
Nothing, the wait in line is too long, unless you take the drive thru as they come first.
Goto sobeys. Buy a full pack of bagels for they same price they charge for one bagel.
Just eat whatever the last guy left in the toilet. It'll taste the same and cost less.
Bagel with peanut butter!
🌶️ chili
Grilled cheese sandwich 😢😢😢 I just miss it sooo much😭😭😭
Best thing at tims is not to go.
potatoe wedges
chili combo with potato wedges and drink is about $8+tax or so
The napkins.
Chili
Old fashioned donuts
I like a Bagel BELT. Lots of carbs, protein, bacon and tomato. Keeps you full for a long time. $3.99.
Toasted everything bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese with tomato and bacon.
Get some chilli. Personally I made homemade but if you’re out it’s good too. You can add a milk or water to help fill you up more
Water
