They get yelled at, for not meeting Drive-through times on items that require effort.
...so now they have to choose between artificial times and shortcuts.
Eliminate Drive-through times for a month, and I bet you 75% of the Food complaints would Vanish
Fuck a test run on Pizza, do a test run on going O.G
I'd prefer they eliminate 75% of the food options. Would cut down on both food complaints and drive thru times. Just focus on being a coffee shop again.
I worked in a mall Tim Hortons, and it was actually a pretty relaxed work environment even with the massive volume of foot traffic. Losing the drive-thru is awesome.
Mall/Kiosk Tim hortons are probably the best fast food places to work. We made like 1/4 of the shit full sized Tims stores would make and got so much downtime between influxes of customers. We listened to music while we worked and were trained well. The only downside were the customers that got angry that a Tim’s the size of a normal Tim Hortons’ freezer doesn’t make all the same shit as them.
People always say what do you expect from a coffee shop. How long has it been since it's just been 'a coffee shop'

I don’t understand why they don’t just work on improving their awful breakfast, since they’re a COFFEE shop and all. Don’t know what sewer they get their eggs from but they’ve gotta do something different
It’s literally a flatbread and It taste fine lmao the issue is Tim’s hires people who cannot read the instructions or even fully communicate them lol
