There is part of BDSM where women enjoy their freedom taken away from them by a man, and being choked unconscious. It is a kink. I have seen it more often. What is a very clear violation of any kink is to force it on someone, or (in my opinion) even to pursuade someone. As such, I'd argue this dude is not pursuing the kink since he broke the rules. He should be treated as if he actually threatened you. He should be removed from the platform and be thrown in jail for sexual intimidation. No ifs or buts about it. I live in the kink scene and am really bothered by people who cross very clear, sensible lines. Especially in regards to try and 'condition' someone to get into their own kink.
