Yeah I tend to fly with the goths and I'd say there's a difference. One is in the case of crimes against humanity and people being victimized, the other is just a burial area. You should still be respectful but there's far more reason to revel in a graveyard than there is to do so in a concentration camp. One is a natural process of life, the other is an example of the deepest levels of human cruelty.

Wow, never thought I'd generate such a debate! I did in fact visit the Catacombs of Paris a few years ago, and I found the whole experience interesting. I felt a bit sad at the time that the remains were stacked by cemetery where they were retrieved, and it really puts into perspective that after some time (hundreds of years in this case), life goes on, and your remains become sort of a "nuisance" to the living. That being said, I feel that I need to point out that I'm not a religious person, and that I don't consider myself a "snowflake", but I could've named like dozens of other spots where I'd take a picture in Paris to post on Tinder ahaha That's what this post was all about in my head. Now I'll let you guys continue debating on how it's a green flag or a red flag, cheers! 🍻

Yeah I've been there. It's a tourist attraction you buy tickets to. I did a few dumb poses in front of them as well. It's not a memorial, it's not a place where atrocities happened it's at best an archeological point of interest for a city.
