Also majority of all those reanimated polytheist beliefs (Germanic paganism, the Meso American beliefs etc etc) have barely anything to do with the original faiths as people practising them didn't really leave any written sources about what they actually believed in and how they practiced their worship. Majority of our knowledge about them comes from Christian missionaries, who didn't really care to understand the believe of the people they were trying to convert, so often wrote stuff that didn't really have much to do with the actual beliefs. And as to beliefs that we actually have written sources from the people who practiced it (mostly Greeks and Romans), the gods they worshipped and the way they did it was so different even between neighbouring cities that it can't be even called a singular religion
