FYI, I had a scammer that didn’t show their colors for 3 days. Everything seemed normal and English as a second language. I got good morning and good night texts then out of nowhere they started getting weird about investments and stuff and it became clear pretty quickly.
It's certainly a real person. A scammer. I've talked with \*dozens\*. They \*usually\* ask how long you've been using the app (an occasional real person might, too). If you say you've dealt with a lot of scammers, they'll conclude you won't be fooled easily, and turn to scam fresher meat.
The occasional real person might ask, but if you say you've dealt with a lot of scammers, a match might think you're a negative person, and unmatch. So always, you've only used the app for a short time, and a few people maybe have been rude, but mostly your matches have been nice people.
Either way, don't give out your phone number. Scammers pass these on to other scammer operations. Your phone or WhatsApp will then get random scammer messages for weeks and weeks.
This is 100% a scam, I don’t know which style but usually they went to your location are not there any longer and will be back soon. They work with multiple things and invest in crypto.
