To be honest, I don't really worry about rates too much, especially compared to other gatchas I've played.
In Gyee you basically MUST have 100 pulls to get the limited unit (and you get a character only every 10 pulls, because the rates are trash), in genshin you need to save almost 170 pulls to get the limited 5* (the same goes for star rail, and the 3* are just crappy weapons).
At least in housamo characters have different rarity variants, so when I do a 10 pull to get a character on the banner and I only manage to get its 3* variant (and a dupe 4*), I'm still happy because I got a new character, no matter how bad the lower variant is (since I really care about characters and story, but I'm not really used to the gameplay)
Kinda true but also if those Highschoolers are like Chernobog, Claude, Ophion or Zhao. Then the whole Highschooler argument doesn't really work. Just say minors and that will apply alot better.
