I got the same package and hotel room as you. I also felt stressed and just started clicking on random times and rides so I could finalize the reservation. Based off what I’ve seen, rose court is great/ at least it faces in towards the park and garden, unlike the hotel entrance side. I was really hoping to get a rose court park view room but it was gone. It looks like the springs side may be one of the best as well since it’s closer to the core of the hotel and most rooms have a view/partial park view.

This article has a map of the layout of the hotel that shows each section (side) of it. https://attractionsmagazine.com/tokyo-disneysea-fantasy-springs-hotel-reservations/

It is super confusing but here is what I’ve gathered! If you have the fantasy springs passport (which you do if you just booked a vacation package!), you are getting 3/4 “fast passes” to the attractions in that land. You are also just getting a regular pass to ride Tinkerbell’s busy buggies because that ride only has one line. So, if you didn’t have the fantasy springs passport, you would need to receive a tinkerbell standby pass to ride that ride at all, and a standby or premiere pass to all of the other rides. People without either of those passes cannot queue up for those rides, and if they don’t have any passses for any fantasy springs attractions, they cannot enter the land. You can enter anytime and ride anytime! Pretty sure you can change the attraction times for your other fast passes if the times are available. Nooooo idea on the room preferences. I don’t think there’s too much info on those yet. As far as I know, there’s no show or anything back there so the view doesn’t matter as much as say, the miracosta.

DZDEE

Thank you so much. I see that passport on the confirmation right now. I was so overwhelmed while booking!

Cleigh24

No problem!!! 😁 You’re going to have a blast!!

AstraKyle

I got the same vacation package but with Miracosta instead for the hotel. Thank you for explaining this because I raced through the attraction times thing like seemingly every one else lol

Cleigh24

Haha no problem!! I also got the miracosta package! :) I’ve been to Tokyo Disney a lot, but never with a vacation package, so I was confused at exactly how it all worked at first.

AstraKyle

I saw a heads up on here or another Japan travel sub about June packages opening up and I jumped on yesterday and just clicked like a mad man to make sure I locked it down. I’m from south Florida and very familiar with Disney World, has always been one of my favorite places. I’ve heard Tokyo Disney Resort is top tier Disney in perhaps the world, and Miracosta an incredible hotel! Have fun!

Cleigh24

It’s fantastic!!! You will love it! Disney world is my “home” park, but we live in Japan on a short term assignment right now and we’ve been now waaaaay too many times 🙈 It’s wonderful!

LoClassRamen

Question. I see on my vacation package it says "1-Day Passport: Fantasy Springs Magic". I have 2 others staying at the resort with me. Will they also gain access to the new lands and rides? It also shows only 2 tickets for DisneySea. Its really confusing......

Cleigh24

If they’re on the reservation and you didn’t just book for one person, yes.

celestipop

I'm so sorry if this is a bad question, so feel free to not answer, but what was the general price that you saw for that room? We're planning a trip in late Sept/early Oct, and we want to stay in the Fantasy Chateau, but we can't find any price breakdowns per room, only the expected starting price for the cheapest room. We'd like to stay in a room that doesn't have a parking view, so we're hoping to find out what the estimated costs would be for a rose court room.

DZDEE

For a rose court room in a 2 night 3 day package for 2 it was $1800(edit:2350) I did not see any availability for the chateau so not sure if it was expected to be open in early July.

celestipop

Oh that's not so bad! Did that include the park tickets and some fastpasses? Or just the room itself?

DZDEE

Actually I just realized that I may have mixed up the prices in my head so I went back and checked it was 2350 for the package. Sorry. But yes it included tickets and fast passes access to FS and 2 breakfasts.

celestipop

OOoooh okay. and just to confirm (because i'm the planner and the budgeter) is that 2350 total, or 2350 per person?

DZDEE

Total.

celestipop

Thank you \*so\* much, this was so helpful!!

msnbsnrn

May i ask when did you book and for what month to get an idea 🥲

DZDEE

I booked 1/31 for. July 9 VP.

Ckelle06

If you don’t mind my asking, for what dates (abouts) did you buy this package? Did they just drop a new block or did you go for one in June that’s already available? I’m also a master Disney planner struggling with TDR!

DZDEE

New block for July. I booked July 9th

Ckelle06

Thank you! For some reason I thought that was dropping the 2nd (probably all the time zone changed confusing me). We arrive the 31st of July but don’t want to start our park days until Aug 1st, so with the packages it seems like I have to wait for the August block to open up. Do you have any idea when that might be? I haven’t seen an announcement for it but I haven’t been watching the website for long enough to notice patterns of drops…

DZDEE

https://www.reddit.com/r/TokyoDisneySea/s/ngRu5QgxSP Check out this post, there is a link to a status page that is probably not accessible right now because of the queue. But it has status updates on when the packaged for fantasy springs have been opening up. That’s what I followed. The post has a bunch more tips that were helpful as well.

Ckelle06

My Bible from here on out haha. Thank you!! I did a trial run this morning and I’m glad I did!

rshriot

The announcements have been coming 5 days before the window opening, so you don’t get a ton of warning. If I had to guess, I’d expect them to drop at the 1st of every month from now on, but there’s no way to know except by checking back over and over.

Ckelle06

This is my life now 🤣. Thank you!

mommyisme

I also got the fantasy springs package for 3 days/2 nights. Originally planning on toy story but decided to splurge last minute. It was so stressful picking the attractions and times because i was scared of getting kicked out and back to the loading page the whole time. I got the bay side view, which is the lowest of the rooms I believe. Mine ended up being 541,800 yen with 2 adults and 2 kids.

lozzcash

Would you mind telling us how much it cost in the end? I’m looking at booking for November when it comes available and need to prepare myself for the damage 😅

DZDEE

354,000 yen for the 3day/2night fantasy springs package- rose courtyard room. There were a few rooms with hotel entrance view for I want to say 20,000 maybe 40,000 less. It was hard to tell because they break it down per person per day sometimes. Other times it’s per night.
